Abstract :
As we have witnessed in the past, car manufacturing companies have failed in the area of sustainability due to unawareness when it comes to using the right methods for technology transfer. In today's date, the big players in the car manufacturing industry have come to realize the importance of choosing sustainable techniques and methods. In this study, we have tried to prioritize the different methods of technology transfer, with the consideration of this industry’s core focus and indicators, in order to find a suitable direction for a clear road towards a favourable future. Through studying the literature on this topic and the influential factors on technology transfer, we were able to identify some of the indicators in the represented modules in online and offline sources (Libraries, essays, etc.). Then the opinion of the car manufacturing industry’s expertise was gathered via questionnaires, and with consideration of each indicator’s effect, we have prioritized the different methods of technology transfer in this industry. In the end, the indicators have been weighed via Shannon Entropy and TOPSIS technique, which is one of the important methods for Multi-criteria studies, and as a result, the respective ranking for different ways of transferring technology in this industry, and based on this study, would be: mutual investment, Direct external (Foreign) investment, copyright rights, etc.
