Abstract :

One of the ways in recent decades in many countries especially the superpowers (the United States of America) has attracted is Cyber diplomacy.Cyber diplomacy can perhaps be interpreted as a form of public diplomacy the configuration and the availability of the Internet and cyberspace have emerged.
