Abstract :
Today, the photovoltaic system is one of the most widely used applications of new energy sources, and so far various systems with different capacities (0.5 watts to several hundred megawatts) have been installed and commissioned around the world. Due to the reliability and functionality of these systems, the number of their applicants is increasing every day. Excessive job restrictions in the eastern regions, migration due to insufficient income, and economic problems in the border areas can seriously affect the development of the country without the necessary planning and forecasts. The technical and economic inefficiency of energy consumption and increasing energy efficiency and productivity and the need to use renewable energy in our country become more apparent. While in Iran most of the required energy is provided from non-renewable sources, the need for long-term planning and feasibility to achieve the vision of 1420 is strongly felt. It is worth noting that the results of studies have shown that achieving this goal will naturally be associated with challenges, but planning the right policies and management programs for sustainable development and maintaining the security of border areas by the natives of the region can be very effective in achieving this goal.
