Designing A Model for Empowering Sustainable Social Welfare for Families Covered by the Relief Committee: with A Grand Theory Approach

Abstract :

Empowerment is the process by which clients under the auspices of the Relief committee become aware of their inner needs and desires and by reducing the stresses in life, committee become aware of their inner needs and by reducing the stresses in life, they strengthen the courage to achieve the goal and have the ability to fulfill their desires. this research has a qualitative approach and the data theory method of the foundation has been used as a research method. The data collection method, the study of upstream documents and in depth and open interviews with 31 elites are aware of the subject in question. The validity of this study was examined and confirmed by the interviewees and then the expert professors. Reliability was also obtained by using the audit process method of the 0.0 76 results process. For data analysis. Continuous comparison method has been used during three stages of open, central and selective coding. Data analysis showed that the essential theory of design empowerment and social welfare model has en components: promotion, design of sustainable social welfare empowerment mechanisms, expansion of support mechanisms, strengthening the mechanism of cultural attachment, expanding the mechanisms of the ability to regenerate, developing resilience capacity, improve congnitive and skill capacity, Improving the mechanisms of the capability cycle, Expanding the mechanism of social capital, Improving efective mechanisms promoting self- efficacy that self- reliance of clients under the auspices of Relief committee for their social walfare is in the proper executive group of these components.
