Sociological analysis of institutional factors of development and underdevelopment In East Azarbaijan province with data method

Abstract :
AbstractDevelopment and underdevelopment are important scientific issues and government policies that different criteria and factors can affect the development of a community or region. In the development literature, the main goal of development is to create sustainable equality and social justice along with economic growth. Therefore, the best concept of development is economic growth combined with social justice, and the existence of inequality and its dimensions are important signs of underdevelopment. In this research, using theories of economic institutionalism, the factors of development and underdevelopment are challenged. The objectives of this study are:- Modeling and formulating a coherent theory regarding institutional factors in the economic development of East Azerbaijan province.- The role of economic institutions in the economic development of a developed city in comparison with an underdeveloped city in terms of data theory.Research Method in the present study is the data method that is based on the institutional factors of development and underdevelopment through in-depth semi-structured interviews through local experts, senior experts and planning managers of the province, and finally to paradigm models. We achieved a theory at the provincial level.The results of the data foundation theory showed that, factors such as lack of development motivation, lack of trust, government intervention, redundant bureaucracy, corruption, lack of transparency, lack of support from international institutions, lack of observation, government conflict and sovereignty are institutional barriers of development in cities of East Azerbaijan province.
