Presenting the model of cultural development management in Tehran metropolis

Abstract :
The concept of cultural development is a kind of transformation that takes place through the irreversible concentration of cultural elements in a given society, and the community cares more effectively than the natural and social environment. As demonstrated by the failure of certain projects underway since the 1970s, development is not synonymous with economic growth alone. It is a means to achieve a more satisfactory intellectual, emotional, moral and spiritual existence. As such, development is inseparable from culture. The process of cultural development is the product of the historical, political, social, and family mechanisms that gradually develop and gradually change or disappear. This research is descriptive, in terms of applied purpose and in terms of depth, is a deep-seated research. The research method is "qualitative method" and is implemented with "Delphi technique". The statistical population of this research is experts and elites in cultural management and social sciences. The research instrument was a questionnaire and data were analyzed by SPSS. The indicators of cultural development management metropolis in Tehran metropolitan area are classified in eight main dimensions, 18 components and 60 items. The findings of this research briefly show that Tehran's metropolitan cultural development management focuses on factors such as cultural exchanges, tourism development, convergence of activities of organizations and cultural institutions, cultural education and applied research.
