Abstract :

In this review article , first of all the subject has been explained & then, in orderto reply the question that by which model we can investigate & evaluate the rate ofattaining vision document target in the field of cultural development first theimportance of the cultural development has been pointed out & followed culturaldevelopment view points of respective authorities and describing the dimensions ofthe cultural development. In the conclusion the ways of creation and accomplishmentof the cultural development model has been explained.
