Abstract :
This research aims to study and comparing the skills of cultural & non-culturalexecutives in Iran. To do so, the researcher initially describes and explains thesignificance and role of management and management skills in promotingorganizational goals and the position of human resource management (HRM) in theprocess of management. S/he then presents the research, its goals,questions,hypotheses and the results through Inferential & Descriptive Statistics. Theanalysis of the data gathered from 2 cultural and non-cultural organizations show thatthe technical skills of the executives at the Islamic Propaganda Organization weremore than the Red Crescent Organization. The mean reversion of the comparing doneon 3 groups of high-rank executives, middle-rank executives and technical executivesshow that middle-rank executives had the most technical skills out of high-rankexecutives and technical executives and they earned the highest range of crisismanagement skill where the technical executives earned the least in this regard.By comparing the mean of the skills of cultural & non-cultural executives nomatter what kind the organizations were, the results showed that the mean of humanskills, creativity, positive thinking, entrepreneurship, innovation, consultation,functionality and effectiveness of cultural & non-cultural executives were verydifferent from one another and it was more in the cultural executives.
