Abstract :
Research Objective: This study aimed identifies problems and issues in multicultural schoolsof Shahriar city views of teachers working in the schools. This study examined the views ofdifferent researchers to explain the components of multicultural education in the schools.Method:The conducted research, a descriptive survey that has been studied qualitatively.Target population, primary school teachers who were selected randomly from among allteachers. In order to analyze the data that has been collected through interviews ofdescriptive and inferential statistics were used.Findings: The findings suggest solutions to educational problems such as: providingconsulting services to the students to cope with feelings of embarrassment and shyness,stress the importance of culture in literature textbooks, students' participation in groupactivities, low bringing class population in these areas, in order to identify more and moreinteraction with families to advise them and provide solutions to educational problems suchas non-discrimination and attention to culture and to form joint cultural emphasis pointDepartment teachers have with students of different cultures.Conclusion:The results suggest the identification of a set of training injuries such as learningproblems due to being bilingual and being accented, the cultural inappropriateness ofEducation, teachers' lack of familiarity with different cultures, and educational harm such anofficial ceremony that is more in line with the culture of the majority group, their sense ofinferiority and low self-esteem in students is bilingual.
