Abstract :
Introduction:Today, regarding the high speed and great amount of information and with respect of the speedy changes in economic and social, the organizations are always face to the complex missions and challenges. Even though the organizations for achieving the goals and acquiring the successes should be address to the changes and act usefully, must be coordinated and synchronized whole the organizational activities. As a major effective element for the organizations, culture prepared the opportunity for compatibility and symbolizing. In other world, finding any solutions for emerging throughout the organization (designing the suitable strategy according the existence positions) is affected by the culture.Objective :The goal of the study (the relationship of organizational culture with the strategy, case study of the deputy of planning and supervising of IRIB) is examination of the relationship between the organizational culture as a variable considering Dennison model consist of adaptability, engagement, mission and compatibility as four dimensions evaluating per dimension with three defined major indicators and the strategy as the other variable considering Michael Porter model in three dimension of leadership/ cost, differentiation and centralization. This research has one main hypothesis and 12 secondary hypothesizes based on the consideration of the conceptual model.Findings: The analyst of gathered data via the questionnaire in two disciplines of descriptive and constructive analysis was conducted. In descriptive discipline, the data (general questions) was discussed in the field of the frequency calculation, the frequency percentage and drawing the diagrams. Whereas the constructive discipline was calculated using SPSS software and the confirming or rejecting the hypothesizes and their relationship were incurred by the coefficients obtained of Cronbach’s alpha and SpearmenDiscussion and conclusion: Regarding to the significant relationship between organizational culture and strategy at the deputy of planning and supervising, offering a solution for improving fundamental values among organization’s employees and also explaining the importance of change and customer oriented criteria to managers and experts can lead to improvement of the relationship between the two above categories.
