Abstract :

To study the role and position of function assaying in succeeding in the culturalactivities of cultural consultations of foreign countries, the researcher has initiallydefined the meaning of “function assaying” and then he has presented a theoreticalapproach to analyze it by pointing the significance of cultural activities. He has thenintroduced cultural indices to help describe the research, its goals and its hypothesesand finally manifests the results by the gathered through the questionnaires. The resultof this research shows that function assaying is indeed effective in succeeding in thecultural activities of cultural consultations. Thus, planning should be done todistribute cultural activities quantitatively and qualitatively through the right, proper,essential and inevitable indices since the indices are the factors which allowassessment and comparing of the current status and the desired status.
