Abstract :
The main objective of the present study, Relationship between Job Satisfaction andLife Satisfaction Employees of Semnan Medical Science University. This researchaccording to its goal, is application and according to its method is a descriptive andcorrelation study. The study population included 1,778 employees of the SemnanUniversity of Medical Sciences, of which 316 persons were selected as the samplesize. Research tools, two questionnaires were JDI job satisfaction and MSLSS lifesatisfaction. Validity and content validity by several experts in the field ofmanagement with the following modifications were approved. To ensure thereliability of the study, the Cronbach test was used The Cronbach's alpha coefficientfor job satisfaction, 0/93 and satisfaction with life 0/78, respectively, thus confirmingthe survey instrument and the respondent was placed. To analyze the data from thestudy of one-sample t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient was used. Theresults showed that the level of life satisfaction and job satisfaction is desirableuniversity. The positive relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfactionSemnan university staff there.
