Abstract :
Introduction and goal of research: Nowadays scientists believe that human resource is one of the keyfactors in creating real value for organization and institutes. Having confident creative and innovativeemployee in addition to effective leadership method and employees participation is necessary for realcompetition and organization survival. In order to achieve the objectives ‘realization the power ofemployee ‚creation motivation and psychological security among them and so providing the basisfor growth and participation in organization affaires is because of having a interested and trainedmanagers. The propos of this research is reviewing and indentifying effective factors in humanresource empowerment in order to improvement organizational environment methods andorganization.Research methodology: This research is categorized as a descriptive survey. A statistical populationinclude experts‚ managers and senior managers who define vision and long-term actions fororganizations. In this research we use questionnaire for analyzing information also some statisticaltest such as T-Test‚ average test and etc.Findings: Results show that the organizational status of education in terms of leadership, participationand employee job enrichment lower than expected, while in terms of training is suitable. So, we needserious pathology and strengthening of leadership, participation and human resources in education isjob enrichment.Conclusion: Human resource must be considered as a human property in long term. Also humanresource must be considered as basic priorities in organization policies. In defining organizationmission and vision in the consideration employee empowerment causes increasing materialistand spiritual power of organization and using realistic leadership method .
