Abstract :
Introduction and objective of research: The staffs by increasing their cultural intelligence can take the perception and judgment of the others about themselves into consideration that the present study aims to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and perception management of staffs of Faculty of Management & Economics of Islamic Azad University, Science & Research Branch of Tehran. Methodology: The descriptive data was collected based on correlation-survey method. The population of research consists of all staffs of Faculty of Management & Economics of Islamic Azad University, Science & Research Branch of Tehran. The questions about cultural intelligence and perception management were provided as a questionnaire to 31 staffs of Faculty of Management & Economics. Validity of the research was accepted using virtual method and the convergence validity using PLS method. The reliability of research is a composite reliability. The data was analyzed using structural equations and pair least square (PLS) and SPSS software. Findings: The results show that positive and significant relationship between the cultural intelligence of staffs and their perception management. The hypotheses related to the cultural heritage elements, strategy, knowledge, motivation and behavior were tested by perception management variable that the output of software showed the positivity and significance of hypotheses. Conclusion: The organizations considering the capability and abilities of staffs and create an outstanding image of themselves upon interaction to the others by promotion of their cultural intelligence. In this case, they achieve better success in the organization
