Abstract :
Donation means to give finance or benefit to other or help with people without expecting any thing. Contract or order in donation depend to it`s applications applies. When donation cause possession in other`s finance or acquisition, it need accepted so the donation`s apply are contract and when donation`s effect is droping right, it is necessarily order. Foundation of donation is donor, donated and acceptor donation. Donor should have possession`s conditions and donation`s conditions.Donated can be essence, liability, benefit or action.
