Organizational culture , which is a kind of planned collective thought in recent years as a dominant thinking in organizationsis discussed . The collective thought , distinguishing members of one species to another . Everyone has some kind of humangroups worked together , the organization is aware of the existence of this phenomenon . The study , " The relationshipbetween organizational culture and the implementation of new technologies related to the mining division of Iran's voice (radio ) " is carried out . Present study is a descriptive - correlational .
