Organizational health to allude the status that in it organization furthermore that be stable in self environment, in long time can enough compatible with self environment and to found necessary abilities for self survival. Too, organizational behavior one of changeable is that in how past decade to pay attention to researches. Organizational behavior is formal active and to help to organization effective working. This study aimed to the study of the relation between organizational health and organizational behavior of University Administrators. The study population included all Administrators at Payam Noor University is this province. Sample size tables based on scientific principles and determine the sample size was 65, by using methods of mul stage cluster sampling of the mentioned population are selected. And were used Methods of survey and research for speci fic quesons, two quesonnaires and interviews. So 44 ques ons about health organization that includes five components, institutional integrate, principal influence, resources support, morale, academic emphasis and also were prepared a questionnaire containing 12 ques ons about organiza onal behavior. To determine the validity of the questionnaire content and face validity and reliability were used by Cronbakh's alpha coef ficient value of 0/86 was calculated. Analysis of the results for descripve stas cs and inferential statistics, Pearson correlation test was used. In general, research results have shown: there is a significant relationship between organizational health model and organizational behavior University Administrators
