Abstract :
The purpose of the implementation of this study is the evaluation ofbeing meaningful of the relationship between spiritual leadership andemployee's empowerment of banks in Guilan province in private and publicsection. The study is applied and has been done by using of descriptive andanalytical methods and questionnaire tool, and using field research methodamong 323 as a statistical sample.The results show the positive and significant casual relationship betweenleadership and empowerment (54%) and also the results of hypothesis testshow that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between thedimension of spiritual leadership (perspective, desire and faith, willing toaltruist, meaningfulness, membership, commitment and productivity) andemployees empowerment of banks in private and public section.
