The effect of understanding organizational justice on work engagement : Investigating the mediating role of employees' psychological security

Abstract :
Background: Although psychological security plays an important role in employees, but managers can improve the level of organizational justice by adopting the appropriate leadership style in their management style, to increase the field of attachment to work among employees of the organization. Objective: To determine the effect of perception of organizational justice 1 on attachment to work 2 with the mediating role of mental security 3 in Tonekabon justice staff. Methods: The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of how to collect data. The research population of all Tonekabon justice employees was 182 people. Using a proportional stratified method, a sample of 128 people was selected based on Cochran's formula. Data analysis was performed with SPSS and PLS software. Findings: According to the research findings, all three variables have a higher average than the expected average. Results: The psychological security variable acts as a complete mediator in the impact of organizational justice on work attachment, and in fact, perceived justice of employees in the organization can increase the desire to work among employees.
