Abstract :

Background:Environmental protection is related to many issues.The most important issue is the planning and proper implementation of these policies.Objective:TIdentifying the effective factors on the implementation of environmental policies in the field of wetlands focusing on Gavkhooni wetland in Isfahan.Method:Theme analysis method was used.Twelve semi-structured interviews were conducted and then the data were coded in maxqda12 software and the final network of topics was drawn.Results:Data analysis led to the emergence of 383codes in the form of 6 main sections;legal factors;targeting and policy setting;target groups and stakeholders;personality and behavioral characteristics of performers;resources and skills of performers;environmental factors.Conclusion:We examine the factors affecting the implementation of environmental policies in four sections.1-Legal factors:One of the important problems in the implementation of environmental policies is the existence of various legislative authorities and executive bodies.2-Stakeholders:By creating a culture of policy acceptance in stakeholders, the necessary platform for policy acceptance should be provided.3-Personality traits, skills and resources required of performers:Having inner motivation and commitment and leadership skills are a relationship that should be considered.4-Targeting, policy-making and environmental factors:Unfortunately, expert opinions are not taken into account today, and government programs have led to further destruction of the ecosystem.
