Abstract :
Background: Organizations do not operate in a vacuum, but are constantly affected by factors and pressures imposed on them from within and outside the organization. So The investigation confirmed that spirituality and rumor variables that have a significant impact on the performance of employees and organizations. Purpose: The present study aims to investigate the relationship between organizational spirituality and Prevention of rumors in the organization. Method: The present statistical population is the staff of physical education departments of Tehran province. The sample size was determined using the Cochran formula 220. Two Milliman Organizational Spirituality Questionnaires and a researcher-made rumor distributed among 220 were distributed to collect data. The collected data was analyzed using the PLS and SPSS software. Conclusion: Based on research findings can be concluded that spirituality and its components (meaningful work, employee alignment with organizational goals, solidarity and individual) are rumored to have significant impact on physical education in Tehran province. nn n n n n n n n n n n n n n n n n
