Abstract :

This study presents practical solutions to increase the efficiency of Tehran internal road commoditytransportation companies with the aim of recognizing effective elements. To reach this goal, theeffective factors were identified by Delphi techniques, and transportation experts were polled aboutthese factors . According to the collected information, the sample groups were extended to a researchstatistical society which involves Tehran internal road commodity transportation managers. Theresults show that the most important factors are the company’s internal environment and operationalenvironment. Customer satisfaction is obtained through on-time product loading and delivery, legalsupport of the union, association of transport companies with the required time, representation inunion, and honesty of union.
