Stress is a part of social life and urbanization. Lifestyle can affect our health and well-being. Stress is theoutcome or reaction of mind and body to anything which a person faces. Stress not only affects our health,but it would also affect our physical ability and strength. Therefore, those who enjoy from healthier mind andbody, can better cope with stress, because body and mind are interconnected.
