Abstract :
One of the main factor of self- alienation is establishment and development of huge, complex and bureaucratic organizations. Since the study of these organization, their effects on man’s efficiency, mental and physical health are this considerable cases which has considered by management. Therefore, man’s alienation deliberation in industrial and administrative departments and labor relations in organization is expanded discussion in the field of management. It is clear that the case of self alienation has special position in other humanities courses particularly, in sociology, psychology and law as well as management. Also this topic in management has emerged from the same aspects i.e sociology, psychology and law. The case of self-alienation has also discussed in the Islamic culture and education, but there has not done much work on it. So, it needs to make all-out efforts, as well as plenty of inquiries. Of course, two Islamic character “Morteza Mtahari” and “Mohammad Taghi Jafari” have written valuable articles in this field, and this article has been tried to use them utmost, but they are not enough and more investment which requires sincere cooperation and common efforts of Hozeh and university professors. This article has considered man’s alienation in culture and Gnosticism as well as studying and analyzing the viewpoints of Martyr Motahari and Allameh Jafari that can be a reference for the next researches and studies a bout this case.
