Abstract :
Background : Given the7 years since the start of the Health System Development Plan And the need to assess the extent to which this line is adapted to the needs and policies of the community Objective:The purpose of the study was to examine how the policy was continued to be maintained, modified, or terminated. Methods: This research has been carried out with a qualitative and applied approach. Using library studies, the necessary documentation was gathered in the field of research. Then he conducted semi-structured interviews with 15 experts and experts in the field of health Library studies and interviews were analyzed in the form of a theme analysis method and the end-of-line policy ke ye model. Findings: Given that the health evolution plan is a major part of the electoral ideology of the eleventh and twelfth government It has the support of legal, spiritual and community demands The continuation of the implementation of the line will be deployed at least until the end of the government But according to the analysis done on the basis of the model of the plan. Conclusion: for the continuation, it needs to be modified in the policy. Run an electronic record; Referral system And family physician; Compilation of medical references; Focus on prevention And mental health; Focus on financial discipline The need for a review of the healthcare reform will bring about a correlation between the real needs of the country And executive plans to achieve macro goals and solve public issues
