Abstract :
Introduction: Since ancient times, the wetlands had an alternative environment that caused residents to gather around them, and these wetlands were a source of work and livelihood for the people of the region, and this led to an increase in tourism. Shadgan Wetland is one of the most important wetlands in the country, and with the development of the oil field around it, changes in the environment, tourism and even the life of the people of this region emerged. Materials and Methods: This research was conducted with the aim of designing a livelihood system compatible and sustainable with Shadgan wetland environment with the approach of oil field development. In terms of research classification according to the purpose, it is an applied research, the method of data collection is descriptive-non-experimental, and among the types of descriptive research methods, it is classified as a case study. The statistical population includes 10 experts of Maron Oil and Gas Exploitation Company, among whom the expert questionnaire was distributed. Based on the studies, the main research criteria include social, environmental, legal and economic factors. Results and Discussion: Data analysis has been done using ANP-DEMATEL approach. Based on the results of the research, it was proven that the "environmental factors" criterion with a final weight of 0.574 is the first priority among the criteria and has the most interaction with other criteria, legal factors with an influence of 6.719 are the most influential and social factors with an influence of 099. 7/ is the most effective criterion, the sub-criterion "lack of executive plan and specialized guidelines for environmental management in oil fields" with a final weight of 0.1605 is the first priority among the sub-criteria. Conclusion: considering the development of the oil field in the area of Shadgan wetland, with the aim of achieving a sustainable environment so as not to harm the livelihood system of the natives of the area, attention should be paid to having an executive plan and specialized instructions for environmental management in oil fields and the existence Executive guarantee is very important for it

مقدمه
تالابها به عنوان یکی از عرصههای طبیعی که تقریباً شش درصد از مساحت کره زمین را تشکیل میدهند، از اکوسیستمهای با ارزش جهان هستند (میرزایی و زیبایی 1398). همچنین در تنظیم چرخه آب، کنترل سیلابهای منطقهای، کنترل فرسایش خاک، امکان بازتولید مواد مغذی شده و تأمین مکان امنی برای گونههای در معرض خطر نقش مؤثر دارند (کلاهی و همکاران 1401). با این وجود چنین سیستمهای طبیعی با ارزش همواره تحت تأثیر پیامدهای فزایندهای ازجمله فشارهای انسانی، توسعهی سکونتگاههای انسانی، صنعتی شدن، کشاورزی ناپایدار، گردشگری نابخردانه و بهره برداری بیش از حد منابع قرار دارند (رافعی و دانه کار 1400). چنین اقدامات انسانی و صنعتی در مناطق تالابی میتواند عوارضی همچون کاهش تعداد ماهیان و ماکیان، تغییر کیفیت آب به دلیل ورود آلایندههای صنعتی و کشاورزی و نابودی معیشت ساکنین اطراف خود را به همراه داشته باشد (قرنی آرانی و همکاران 1396؛ کریمی سنگچینی و اسلامی 1399). لذا هر گونه ایجاد تغییر و یا طرح توسعهای در حوزه تالابها باید با کارشناسی همراه باشد و ارزیابیهای لازم در خصوص تأثیرات ناشی از اقدامات صورت گرفته بر روی حیات تالاب صورت گیرد.
توسعه میادین نفتی از جمله مواردی است که بر محیط زیست مناطق اطراف تأثیر زیادی میگذارد (حسینی 1402؛ پوردبانی 1395). لذا با به کارگیری سیستم مدیریت محیط زیست، از طریق اتخاذ، تصویب و رعایت سیاستهای درست در کنترل آلایندهها در حاشیهی میادین نفتی امری ضروری به نظر میرسد (شوشتری اخوان و قلهکی 1400) و مزایا و اهمیت سیستم مدیریت محیط زیست در طرحهای توسعه میادین نفتی شامل تبیین سیاستهای سازمان بر اساس اهداف کلان مشخص شده، افزایش سطح همکاری و هماهنگی بین بخشی سازمانهای دولتی کشور، استفاده از دیدگاهها و نظرات عموم جامعه، شناسایی گزینههای بهینهی مدیریت محیط زیستی از لحاظ مطلوبیت فنی، اقتصادی- اجتماعی، فرهنگی و محیط زیستی طرحهای توسعهای میادین نفتی و ... میباشد (پوردبانی 1395 و منوری 1401).
همچنین توسعه بر اساس اصول پایداری، هم زمان ، هم سیاست و فرهنگ را مورد توجه قرار میدهد و هم به اقتصاد و تجارت و صنعت نظر دارد (بسطامی نیا و همکاران 1393).
تالاب اهمیت بالایی در ایجاد اقتصاد جوامع محلی و ایجاد گردشگری دارند (مظلومی و زرکامی 1401و مرادجانی 1401)، تالابها به خاطر حفظ ذخایر ژنی گیاهی و جانوری، تأمین آب، آبزی پروری، تولید محصولات کشاورزی، تولید چوب، تأمین انرژی، تولید مواد لجنی و گیاهی، حمل و نقل و کاربردهای تفریحی و گردشگری ارزش اقتصادی بالایی پیدا میکنند (موسی زاده، 1397؛ محمدی و نجفی، 1396 و لمسال و همکاران ، 2016). نابودی تالابها در جهان به شدت در حال افزایش است (مریمن و موراتا 2016) که این تخریب سبب اثرات زیان بار و تحمیل هزینههای اقتصادی خواهد شد (تورس و هنلی 2017). یکی از عوامل عمده تخریب و انهدام تالابها عوامل انسانی است (اکبری و همکاران 1400).
اگر جامعه محلی دانش و مهارتهای لازم را برای استفاده پایدار از محیط زیست تالاب را به کار گیرند به حفظ آن کمک خواهد کرد (دو و همکاران 2015). در واقع، مشارکت سهیم شدن مردم در تصمیم گیری است و فرآیندی است که از طریق آن اعضای گروه، کنترل خود را بر روند برنامههای مختلف اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و محیطزیستی و با برنامه با هم شراکت میکنند (صادقی و شمس 2017). مشارکت جامعه در حفاظت از منابع تالابها از این طریق، میتواند یک استراتژی اساسی در جهت کاهش آسیب به محیط زیست درنظر گرفته شود (کلاهی و همکاران 1401).
تولید انواع آلایندههای صنعتی پیامدهای بسیاری بر پایداری محیطزیست و همچنین کیفیت زندگی انسان در جوامع شهری پیرامون به همراه داشته است (محتشم نیا 1402). تمامی عواملی که به طریقی سبب ورود مواد آلاینده به آب میشوند، میتوانند موجبات آلودگی آب را فراهم نمایند، برخی از این عوامل طبیعی و برخی غیرطبیعی میباشند (خواجوی و نعمتی 1401) که توسعه نفتی در اطراف تالاب هم از عوامل غیر طبیعی آلودگی آب در اطراف تالاب محسوب میشود (دهمرده و همکاران 1398).
تالاب شادگان بزرگترین تالاب ایران میباشد که مکان زندگی انواع پرندگان، ماهیها و گیاهان آبزی به شمار میرود. موقعیت قرارگیری این تالاب به سبب نزدیکی به منابع آلایندهای نظیر خطوط انتقال نفت، پالایشگاهها و صنایع نیشکر موجب گردیده تا طیف وسیعی از مخاطرات سلامت این اکوسیستم را مورد تهدید قرار دهند. علاوه بر اهمیت زیستمحیطی تالاب شادگان، این تالاب در حفاظت از اراضی منطقه در برابر سیلابها و .. بوده و تمامی این تحولات غیر طبیعی منجر به آسیب به سلامت، معیشت ساکنین منطقه و نیز تخریب محیط زیست گردیده است، بررسی اثرات اقدامات صنعتی همچون توسعه میدان نفتی در این منطقه بر این موضوعات ضروری به نظر میرسد (خوشنود و خوشنود 1387). شکل 1، تصویری از رد پای نفت در تالاب بین المللی شادگان را نشان میدهد.

لیکن وجود میدان نفتی شادگان در حوزهی این تالاب نگرانیهایی در خصوص آسیب به معیشت مردم منطقه و نیز محیط زیست این اکوسیستم پدید آورده است که برای داشتن مدیریتی در خور و شایسته در این خصوص لازم است باید علاوه بر شناخت آسیبهای فرآیند توسعه میادین نفتی این منطقه، درک درستی از اوضاع و احوال اجتماعی، محیط زیستی، سیاسی و اقتصادیاش نیز ایجاد شود. در همین خصوص در این پژوهش سعی بر آن است که با در نظر داشتن روند توسعه میدان نفتی این منطقه، سیستم معیشتی سازگار و پایدار با محیط زیست منطقه شادگان و هم راستا با اصول پایداری طراحی گردد. به عنوان پیشینه تحقیق میتوان گفت؛ رافعی اسماء دانه کار و همکاران (1401)، نشان دادند فعالیتهای کشاورزی، تأثیر چشمگیری بر روند تخریب و نابودی اراضی اطراف تالاب نداشتهاند و درنتیجه نمیتواند به عنوان یک عامل بحران زا تلقی شود و با توجه به روند اراضی لخت بدون پوشش و اراضی شور اگر حقابه تالاب تأمین شود شوره زارها به اراضی طبیعی خواهند شد. شوشتری اخوان و قلهکی (1400)، دریافتند که استقرار سیستم مدیریت محیط زیست با توجه به تولید آلایندگی در صنعت نفت کشور، علاوه بر کنترل، کاهش و حذف آلودگیها، عامل مؤثری در کاهش بحرانهای محیط زیستی طرحهای توسعه میادین نفتی در سطح کشور محسوب میگردد. طالبی و همکاران (1399) دریافتند توسعه زمینهای کشاورزی باعث افزایش پدیده یوتریفیکاسیون در تالاب و در نهایت باعث افت کیفیت شاخصهای آب میشد و در همین راستا جلوگیری از ورود انواع آلودگیها و تضمین کیفیت آب تالاب شادگان از طریق کنترل و نظارتهای مکرر، پیشنهاد گردید.
اسومادو و همکاران (2023) به این نتیجه رسیدند که حفاظت و صیانت از محیط زیست تالابها تنها از طریق تصویب و اجرای سیستماتیک مقررات حفاظت از محیط زیست توسط نهادهای دولتی و غیردولتی امکان پذیر خواهد بود. قانیان و همکاران (2023) بیان نمودند روشهایی برای تعامل بیشتر میان اقلیم تالابها و با گسترش شهری و بهرهوری کشاورزی به منظور حفاظت بلندمدت از اکوسیستم آنها ارائه گردید. کینگسفورد و والبرن (2022) دریافتند که ارزیابی زیست محیطی مناسبی برای حفاظت از دریاچه و رودخانههای منتهی به آن در محدوده فرآیندهای توسعه نفت و گاز در اطراف دریاچه صورت نگرفته است و ضروری است قوانین و سیاستهای محافظتی سختگیرانهتری از سوی ایالت مذکور و ایالات مشترک المنافع برای کنترل عوارض زیست محیطی درنظر گرفته شود. کاکوبا و کانیاموروا (2021) بیانگر رابطهای مثبت میان نحوهی عملکرد برنامهریزی در زمینهی حفاظت تالابها با حفظ فرصتهای معیشت پایدار بودند. ولیک و همکاران (2020) بیان نمودند که فرآیند توسعه طرحهای استخراج ماسههای نفتی (ساخت زیرساخت، استخراج شن و پاکسازی زمین) در منطقه آتاباسکا در دهههای اخیر سرعت گرفته و باعث تغییر در اکوسیستمهای طبیعی از جمله تالابهایی گردیده است که برخی از عملکردهای حیاتی اکوسیستم را تهدید نموده است. هوق و همکاران (2020) نشان دادند که معیشت اکثر خانوارها به فعالیتهای مختلف مبتنی بر خدمات اکوسیستم تالابها همچون کشاورزی وابسته بوده و افراد ساکن در اطراف تالابها در برخی از فصول سال، مزایای مالی بیشتری برای آنها به ارمغان میآورد و خانوادههای مستقر در این قسمتها ممکن است در فصول قبل از موسمی با خطرات معیشت و فقر طولانی فصلی روبرو شوند. اریقا و سام (2020) دریافتند اثرات مخرب نشت نفت در نیجریه در سطوح مختلف بر ساختارهای معیشتی پایدار محلی که به طور سنتی از طریق کشاورزی و ماهیگیری تأمین گردیده ،که تأثیرمنفی در بر داشته و به شدت سبب فقیر شدن بومیان گردیده است. رچوولانینگسیه و هکاران (2020) بیان نمودند روند گسترش کاربری تالاب دو مشکل اساسی در مدیریت زیست محیطی ایجاد میکند، یکی حجم زیاد پساب راکد و دیگری بالارفتن اسیدیته آب تالابها.
مدل مفهومی محقق ساختهی تحقیق برگرفته از مقالات قرنی آرانی و همکاران (1397)، کلاهی و همکاران (1401)، شوشتری اخوان و همکاران (1400)، رچوولانینگسیه و هکاران (2020) و سم و زبی (2018) میباشد که به صورت شکل 2 ارائه میگردد که طبق آن، معیارهای اصلی تأثیرگذار بر سیستمهای معیشتی سازگار و پایدار با محیط زیست تالابها، شامل «عوامل اجتماعی»، «عوامل محیط زیستی»، «عوامل قانونی» و «عوامل اقتصادی» میباشد.

از آنجا که در راستای عمل و نیازهای ساکنین و شاغلین محدوده تالاب شادگان بوده، پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی میباشد. روش گردآوری اطلاعات مبتنی بر روشهای اسنادی (کتابخانهای) استفاده شده بدین منظور برای استخراج پیشینه و پرسشنامه از پژوهشهای پیشین بهره گرفته و در مرحله دوم از روش مشاهده (مطالعات میدانی) استفاده گردیده است ، به این معنی که پرسشنامههای طراحی شده به صورت میدانی میان خبرگان توزیع گردید و پس از آن دادههای مستخرج از پرسشنامهها مستندسازی شدند. در بخش تحلیل، از تکنیک تلفیقی دلفی و تحلیل شبکه و دیمتل برای ارزیابی استفاده شده است. در این راستا، ابتدا یک مدل سه سطحی از هدف، معیارها، زیر معیارها ارائه گردید. لازم به ذکر است جهت تعیین معیارها و زیر معیارهای موجود در مدل، از مطالعات اسنادی و کتابخانهای استفاده شده است. بر این اساس با مرور عمیق مطالعات پیشین معیارها و زیرمعیارها، در جدول 1 استخراج شد.

سپس به منظور انجام مقایسات زوجی و تعیین وابستگیهای بین معیارها و زیرمعیارها، پرسشنامههای طراحی شده به روش غیراحتمالی گلوله برفی میان افراد خبره شرکت بهره برداری نفت و گاز مارون واقع در منطقه تالاب شادگان توزیع شد . بدین صورت که سرپرست واحد HSE شرکت بهرهبرداری نفت و گاز مارون واقع در منطقه تالاب شادگان به عنوان مطلعترین فرد در حوزهی فوق پرسشنامه را تکمیل نموده و سپس از وی خواسته شده یک نفر به عنوان مطلع ترین فرد بعد از خودش در حوزهی مورد مطالعه را معرفی کند، این روند تا آنجا ادامه پیدا نمود که به اشباع نظری دست یافته شد. در ادامه جهت تحلیل دادهها (اطلاعات به دست آمده از پرسش نامهها) و اولویت بندی معیارها و زیرمعیارها، از نرم افزار Super Decisions استفاده شده است.
برای انجام تحقیق حاضر از چند روش استفاده شد که به صورت خلاصه دلیل استفاده از هر یک نوشته میشود (سرافرازی و همکاران، 1393):
-تکنیک دلفی: برای غربال زیرمعیارهای مستخرج از مرور ادبیات و دستیابی به معیارها و زیرمعیارهای نهایی مرتبط با سیستم معیشتی سازگار و پایدار با محیط زیست تالاب شادگان با رویکرد توسعه میدان نفتی.
-تکنیک مقایسات زوجی و تحلیل شبکه (ANP): مقایسه دو به دو معیارها و زیرمعیارهای هر معیار برای تعیین بردار ویژه و وزن نسبی معیارها و زیرمعیارهای هر معیار.
-تکنیک دیمتل (DEMATEL): تعیین روابط درونی میان چهار معیار تحقیق شامل عوامل اجتماعی، زیست محیطی، قانونی و اقتصادی.
-ادغام دو روش ANP-DEMATEL: وارد کردن اعداد بدست آمده از وزن نسبی تکنیکهای ANP و ماتریس روابط درونی دیمتل و محاسبه وزن و اولویت بندی نهایی زیرمعیارها.
نتایج و بحث
در این مرحله ابتدا معیارها و زیرمعیارهای مرتبط با سیستم معیشتی سازگار و پایدار با محیط زیست تالاب شادگان با رویکرد توسعه میدان نفتی با مطالعهی مبانی نظری و بررسی سوابق موضوع، تعیین و میان هر یک از این عوامل توسط گروهی از متخصصین مشخص شد. مدل شبکهای ارائه شده این پژوهش در سطح اول هدف پژوهش، در سطح دوم بر اساس مطالعات پیشین 3 معیار در نظر گرفته شد و در سطح سوم با حذف زیرمعیار عدم وجود ضمانت اجرایی مناسب قوانین حفاظت از تالابها، 12 زیرمعیار از 13 زیرمعیار معیارهای باقی مانده در دلفی، معیارها با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی زیرمعیارها با در نظر گرفتن نظر خبرگان باقی ماندند و برای مراحل بعدی تجزیه و تحلیل در نظر گرفته شدند. در مرحله دوم به تعیین وزن هر یک از معیارها و زیر معیارها نسبت به یکدیگر پرداخته شد. با توجه به ارتباط میان شاخصها، مقایسات زوجی معیارها نسبت به یکدیگر بر اساس مقیاس 9 کمیتی ساعتی توسط متخصصین انجام شد. پس از تعیین ضریب اهمیت معیارها و زیرمعیارهای هرمعیار نسبت به یکدیگر، ماتریسهای مقایسات زوجی در نرم افزار Super Decisions وارد شدند. در مرحله سوم، تحلیل یافتههای حاصل از مدل بدست آمد که در جدول 2 نمایش داده شد.

که معیار "عوامل زیست محیطی" با وزن نرمال شده 574/0 در اولویت اول، معیار "عوامل قانونی" با وزن نرمال شده 175/0 در اولویت دوم، معیار "عوامل اقتصادی" با وزن نرمال شده 168/0 در اولویت سوم و معیار "عوامل اجتماعی" با وزن نرمال شده 083/0 در اولویت آخر قرار دارد، بدین صورت اولویت بندی ارائه شده در شکل برگرفته از نرم افزار سوپردسیژن در شکل 3 نمایش داده شده است
به همین ترتیب زیرمعیارهای هر معیار نیز بر اساس نظر خبرگان رتبه بندی شده و وزن نسبی آنها بدست میآید.
در گام بعدی این تحقیق در تکنیک دیمتل با محاسبهی میانگین نظرات خبرگان، نرمال کردن نظرات آنها و محاسبهی ضرب آن در ماتریس معکوس تفاضل ماتریس همانی از ماتریس نرمال به محاسبه ماتریس ارتباط کامل پرداخته و ماتریس کامل مطابق جدول 3 حاصل گردید.

همانطور که در جدول 4 نمایش داده شده، معیار عوامل قانونی با میزان تأثیر گذاری 719/6 از بیشترین تاثیرگذاری، معیار عوامل اجتماعی با تأثیرپذیری 099/7 از بیشترین میزان تاثیرپذیری، معیار عوامل زیست محیطی با تعامل 991/12 بیشترین تعامل را با سایر معیارهای مورد مطالعه دارند معیار عوامل زیست محیطی، عوامل قانونی، عوامل اقتصادی متغیر علت و عوامل اجتماعی معلول هستند. شکل 4 مختصات دکارتی و رابطه میان معیارها را تشان میدهد. همچنین شکل 5 جدول نهایی تحقیق را نشان میدهد.
شکل 5 نشان میدهد که شبکه در نظر گرفته شده در این تحقیق شامل سه سطح هدف، معیارها و زیرمعیارها بوده و در سطح معیارها روابط درونی در نظر گرفته شده است.

نتیجهگیری و پیشنهادها
هدف از انجام این طراحی سیستم معیشتی سازگار و پایدار با محیط زیست تالاب شادگان با رویکرد توسعه میدان نفتی میباشد. معیار " عوامل زیست محیطی " در اولویت اول میان معیارها قرار دارد و بیشترین تعامل را دارا میباشد. برای پیاده سازی یک رویهی نظام یافته در تالاب شادگان، در راستای هدف ایجاد بهبودهایی در عملکرد محیط زیستی، باید اقدامات سریع و یکپارچهای از جانب مدیریت محیط زیست تالاب شادگان را انتظار داشت، البته ایجاد و به کارگیری یک نظام مدیریت محیط زیستی به خودی خود، الزاما موجب کاهش فوری پیامدهای نامطلوب محیط زیستی نمیشود. مراحل پیشنهادی یک سیستم مدیریت محیط زیست برای طرحهای توسعهای میادین نفتی بدین صورت است که ابتدا برای تعیین خط مشی زیست محیطی، باید به بررسی کمبودها، الزامات ملی و بین المللی، تعریف اهداف خرد و کلان و برنامهها پرداخته شود تا بر اساس آن به طرح ریزی برنامهی پایش محیط زیست در یک محیط فنس کشی نشده و باز بپردازند. معیار "عوامل قانونی " در اولویت دوم میان معیارها قرار داشته و از بیشترین تاثیرگذاری برخوردار است. بر اساس قوانین باید هرگونه بهرهبرداری و اقدامی که منجر به تخریب و آلودگی غیرقابلجبران تالابها گردیده ممنوع شود تا هم از محیط زیست تالاب شادگان حفاظت شده و هم منبع معیشت مردم به خطر نیافتد. مرجع تشخیص تخریب و آلودگی غیرقابلجبران، باید سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست اعلام شود و نمایندگان آن حضور فعال تری در محدوده تالاب شادگان داشته باشند تا به صورت مناسبی بر منطقه نظارت نمایند. سازمان حفاظت از محیط زیست میبایست نیاز آبی زیستمحیطی تالابها را تعیین و وزارت نیرو نیز در این زمینه مکلف است ضمن تدوین و اجرای برنامه مدون نسبت به تخصیص و تأمین آن اقدام نماید. معیار " عوامل اجتماعی " از بیشترین تأثیرپذیری برخوردار است. با آگاه سازی جوامع محلی برنامه ریزیهای دقیق در راستای شناسایی فرصتها و به فعل در آوردن آن علی الخصوص ایجاد اشتغال برای جوامع محلی میتوان شاهد رشد سطح اجتماعی مردمان محلی و در همین راستا شاهد شکوفایی اجتماعی تالاب شادگان بود. معیار "عوامل اقتصادی" در اولویت سوم میان معیارها قرار دارد. خشکی تالاب بینالمللی شادگان به این علت است که حقابه آن در چندسال اخیر بهدلیل برداشتهای مکرر آب از سرشاخهها و ساخت سدهای متعدد بر منابع آبی خوزستان تأمین نشده است. عبور لولههای نفتی، ورود زهآبهای نیشکر و صنایعجانبی آن مانند شرکت الکلسازی و شرکت نئوپانسازی، عرصه را بر ادامه حیات این تالاب تنگ کرده است. در کنار ورود فاضلابهای صنعتی، شهری و کشاورزی به تالاب بینالمللی شادگان، اخیرا احداث کارخانه فولاد در نزدیکی تالاب، حیات آن را مورد تهدید قرار داده است. نابودی تالاب بینالمللی شادگان نهتنها به اکوسیستم جانوری و گیاهی آن ضربه میزند بلکه زندگی روستاهای اطراف و حتی شهرستان شادگان را مورد تهدید جدی قرار میدهد. درحالحاضر بهرهبرداری اقتصادی مستقیم و غیرمسقیم حاصل از این تالاب معیشت روستاییان اطراف و نیازهای غذایی مردم شهرهای اطراف به مشکل برخورده است که مسئولان این استان میتوانند با توجه بیشتر به منطقه، محیط زیست، گردشگری و ... به بومیان این منطقه برای تأمین زندگی و اقتصادشان یاری رسانند. زیرمعیار "فقدان برنامه اجرایی و دستورالعمل تخصصی مدیریت محیط زیست در میادین نفتی" در اولویت اول میان زیرمعیارها قرار دارد. برای بهبود این موضوع باید به مستند سازی و ارزیابی ریسک پرداخته شود، سپس با بررسی دقیق گزارش معضلات، بازبینی مدیریتی به بازنگری مدیریتی و بهبود پرداخته شود تا مشکلات موجود جهت اجرای برنامهها رفع گردیده و با بهبود وجهه شرکتهای فعال در تالاب شادگان، صرفه جویی در هزینهها و بهبود در فرآیند سبب به وجود آمدن و بهبود فرصتهای محیط زیستی شوند.
در مقایسه با تحقیقات پیشین، رافعی و دانه کار (1401)، همانند تحقیق حاضر ورود آلایندههای صنعتی به حوزهی تالابها و از بین رفتن آبزیان و تجمع پسماند و ضایعات جامد در اطراف تالاب را به عنوان عوامل زیست محیطی تالاب شادگان معرفی کردند. شوشتری اخوان و قلهکی (1400)، همانند تحقیق حاضر زیرمعیارهایی چون فقدان برنامه اجرایی و دستورالعمل تخصصی مدیریت محیط زیست در میادین نفتی، نبود نظارت کافی از سوی ارگانهای مسئول حفظ محیط زیست تالابها و عدم وجود ضمانت اجرایی مناسب قوانین حفاظت از تالابها را از جمله عوامل قانونی مرتبط با سیستم تالابها دانستند. طالبی و همکاران (1399)، طی آن آلودگی آب به دلیل ورود رسوبات حاصل از حفاری و خاک برداری به تالاب را به عنوان عوامل زیست محیطی تالاب شادگان معرفی کردند. آسومادو و همکاران (2023) همانند تحقیق حاضر عوامل قانونی و زیست محیطی را به عنوان عوامل اصلی مرتبط با سیستم معیشتی تالابها معرفی کردند. قانیان و همکاران (2023) همانند تحقیق حاضر عوامل زیست محیطی را مهمترین معیار موجود در سیستمهای در ارتباط با تالاب معرفی کردند.
در تحقیقات آتی میتوان عوامل مؤثر بر محیط زیست و وضعیت معیشتی در سایر تالابهای کشور که وضعیت صنعتی کمتری داشته یا حفاظت از محیط زیست در آنها تأکید بیشتری میشود. مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. از طرفی در نظر گرفتن عدم قطعیت نظرات خبرگان و بهره گیری از تحلیلهای فازی یا خاکستری و مقایسه نظرات با تحلیل پیش رو میتواند نتایج روشن تری در اختیار قرار دهد.

Accepted: 16 Mar 2024 | Introduction: Since ancient times, the wetlands had an alternative environment that caused residents to gather around them, and these wetlands were a source of work and livelihood for the people of the region, and this led to an increase in tourism. Shadgan Wetland is one of the most important wetlands in the country, and with the development of the oil field around it, changes in the environment, tourism and even the life of the people of this region emerged. Materials and Methods: This research was conducted with the aim of designing a livelihood system compatible and sustainable with Shadgan wetland environment with the approach of oil field development. In terms of research classification according to the purpose, it is an applied research, the method of data collection is descriptive-non-experimental, and among the types of descriptive research methods, it is classified as a case study. The statistical population includes 10 experts of Maron Oil and Gas Exploitation Company, among whom the expert questionnaire was distributed. Based on the studies, the main research criteria include social, environmental, legal and economic factors. | |

Based on the results of the research, it was proven that the "environmental factors" criterion with a final weight of 0.574 is the first priority among the criteria and has the most interaction with other criteria, legal factors with an influence of 6.719 are the most influential and social factors with an influence of 099. 7/ is the most effective criterion, the sub-criterion "lack of executive plan and specialized guidelines for environmental management in oil fields" with a final weight of 0.1605 is the first priority among the sub-criteria. | |
