Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of artificial intelligence competencies on organizational performance of manufacturing companies located in the Tabriz Investment Industrial Park. The research is descriptive in terms of method, field in terms of data collection method, and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the present study was all employees of the information technology department of manufacturing companies located in the foreign investment industrial park who dealt with artificial intelligence in some way to carry out their duties. Based on the statistics received, there were 393 people. For sampling, simple random sampling method was used, and to determine the sample size due to the limited statistical population, the Morgan table was used, and the sample size was 194 people. For data collection, the Khang (2024) Artificial Intelligence Competencies Questionnaire and Miklaev et al. (2021) organizational performance questionnaire were used. Which have acceptable validity and reliability. To analyze the data collected by the research questionnaires, structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS) approach was used using Smart PLS2 software. The results of the hypothesis test show that artificial intelligence competencies have an impact on the organizational performance of manufacturing companies located in Tabriz Investment Industrial Park.
