Comparative Study of Information and Communication Technology Development Strategies in the Education and Teacher Training of the Country of France and India

Abstract :
The present study was conducted to for developing information and communication technology (ICT) in the country of France and India. In this study, have been study the similarities and differences between strategies for the development of information and communication technology in the countries of France and India in the field of goals and policies, instruction, initiatives and innovations, the study of the similarities and differences between them and the presentation of Functional suggestions for the improvement of ICT in Iranian education. Accordingly, the type of comparative-descriptive study and its descriptive-descriptive method is based on comparative analysis. Required data based on available resources, scientific theories, internal and external researches, as well as through documents, existing evidence, and collection based on the George Brady Model. The findings of this study indicate that the first and most basic step in the field of ICT development is the fundamental research and research in this field and the existence of clear programs and policiesOn the other hand, easy access of teachers to technology, continuous promotion of teachers 'professional skills as an integral part of teachers' work, encouragement and encouragement of private sector participation in the provision of ICT services, establishment of a suitable support platform by the government, especially in responsible organizations, providing infrastructure Ideal for ICT, private enterprise initiatives and group initiatives, and financial support for ICT projects and research are among the factors that can accelerate the development of ICT applications in education.
