Abstract :
The institution of the family plays an undeniable role in socialization and crime prevention, because its formation is a requirement of human nature to preserve the generation and satisfy spiritual and psychological needs. Extracting the institutions of family consolidation in the Holy Quran and expressing their role in preventing crime and social abnormalities. The research method in the present study is descriptive and analytical, derived from reliable library sources and documents. The institution of the family plays an important role in preventing social abnormalities, because many social deviations have resulted from celibacy, lack of understanding and incompatibility between couples. The Holy Quran, with its special feature of revelation, has provided comprehensive and all-round solutions to stabilize that institution, as it has ordered its formation and has recognized instincts and laws for its pillars, and has considered marriage to be the only way to meet that natural need. Its purpose is considered to be a cause of relief, mercy, and affection. On the other hand, for the sustainability of this institution, it has prescribed duties for the couples who founded it, and to stabilize and continue it, it has foreseen an arbitration solution if tensions arise. If the couples reach an impasse and there is no way to continue the marriage peacefully, divorce has been foreseen to prevent a tense family atmosphere.
