Abstract :
Ondansetron is an anti-nausea drug that is known to inhibit serotonin receptors (5HT3) and is used to improve or prevent nausea. In this study, a three-phase solvent bar micro-extraction method using hollow fiber with highperformance liquid chromatography and UV detector for pre-concentration of Ondansetron in biological samples has been used. In order to achieve high extraction efficiency, different variables on extraction efficiency were optimized using Minitab software, which were receiver pH, stirring speed, extraction time, extraction temperature and salt concentration. This method successfully used on real samples such as urine and plasma
