Identifying the effect of green human resource management and corporate social responsibility on sustainable performance with the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior towards the environment in Imam Reza Hospital (AS) of Ardabil Province

Abstract :
This study investigated the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior towards the environment in the relationship between green human resource management, corporate social responsibility and sustainable performance in Imam Reza Hospital (AS) in Ardabil Province. This is descriptive applied research. In order to analyze the data and test the hypotheses, the structural equation model and Smart pls and spss software were used. Results: Green human resources management with the mediating role of citizenship behavior on sustainable performance, corporate social responsibility on sustainable performance, green human resource management on organizational citizenship behavior and corporate social responsibility on citizenship behavior among the employees of Imam Reza Ardabil Hospital has a significant effect, and social responsibility with The mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior on sustainable performance, green human resources management on sustainable performance and organizational citizenship behavior on sustainable performance in Imam Reza Ardabil Hospital have no significant effect. The implementation of green human resources management requires serious support. Therefore, it is recommended to show the detailed implementation of green human resources management in strategic planning, vision, goals, and most importantly, in the recruitment and selection of employees.
