Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting the continuity of business in the automotive parts industry. Descriptive survey research method is considered practical in terms of its purpose. The statistical population of this research includes all managers and experts who have opinions and are involved in the business continuity of companies active in the country's automotive parts manufacturing sector, which was estimated at 3000 people. To determine the statistical sample size, 375 people were obtained using Morgan's table. And simple random sampling method was used for sampling. A questionnaire was used to collect data. A questionnaire was used to collect data. In order to check the reliability of the questionnaires from Cronbach's alpha coefficient, to check the normality of the data from the skewness coefficient, the skewness coefficient and also to identify the factors affecting the continuity of the business of the auto parts industry from the t-test of an independent sample and to rank the factors AHP method and Expert Choice software were used. The results of the research showed that business continuity management, contingency planning, crisis management, emergency management, organizational risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity culture, senior management commitment and support, and business impact analysis are among the factors affecting continuity. The business of the country's auto parts manufacturing industry.
