Criticism of the philosophy of human rights with emphasis on the views of John Locke and Allameh Jafari

Abstract :
Context and purpose: Human rights are general privileges that, in the case of research, are the real measure of legitimacy and the limit of the government's authority towards humanity. The purpose of this research was to criticize the philosophy of human rights by emphasizing the views of John Locke and Allameh Jafari. Method: This research was done using analytical-descriptive method. And the method of collecting research information has been document-library, and the means of collecting information have been books, articles, websites, and valid legal portals. Findings and conclusions: The findings of the research have shown that the philosophical foundations of human rights, namely, disregard for the universe, denial of the end, hedonism, hedonism, and obligation, according to John Locke, were confined to human property and separated religion from politics. If from Allameh Jafari's point of view, Western human rights values are neither valid nor desirable for Muslims. And he considers the philosophical foundations of human rights to be subject to the commands of God and believes that the entire universe belongs to him and to him, and he is the only one who owns the universe and has the right to legislate and legislate for mankind.
