Abstract:One of the most famous examples in the legal system of the family and one of the duties of couples towards each other is good socialization. The basis and the source of the requirement for the goodness of couples in Islamic jurisprudence and jurisprudence is stated and the obligation of this duty is based on the four sources (book, tradition, reason, consensus). Although this assignment has a moral aspect, But in Article 1103 of the Civil Code it is given a legal image. In this research, an analytical-descriptive-objective method is a comparative study of this issue from the jurisprudential and legal perspective. But besides these cases,The review and review of the subject in Nahj al-Balaghah has also been considered. Therefore, the answer to the following questions is that firstly, the jurisprudential and legal documents are the duties of the couple in good communication with each other, and second, the obvious examples of good communication (in the Quran, Nahj al-Balaghah and law), and the approach of institutionalizing each of the sources mentioned in this What is special. It seems that more attention by legislators and families to good societies as ethical issues along with their training in couples' relationships and how to communicate well with their husbands, along with the attention and revival of holy religious traditions such as loyalty, marital duties and love Verzai (in jurisprudential and legal sources), in this regard, and the implementation of religious examples, are among the strategies necessary to institutionalize the morality of families and prevent its collapse in the age of modernity, one of which is the use of religious patterns in This is especially true of the religious education of parents since childhood.
