Abstract :

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors affecting the professional growth of physical education teachers. The research method is qualitative and with thematic analysis approach. The statistical population of the research included specialists and experts from the field of the Ministry of Education in the field of physical education and health, university professors (general and educators) in the field of physical education. The statistical sample was estimated and sampled based on reaching theoretical saturation (30 people). The research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the tool was evaluated and confirmed based on the legal and scientific validity of the sample, expert opinion and agreement between the correctors. The results of the analysis and interpretation of expert interviews showed that the factors affecting the professional growth of physical education teachers in four factors (dimensions): individual (psychological, belief-ethical and professional), contextual dimension (quality of life, equality and justice, organizational support, organizational culture and atmosphere, information and communication technology), organizational dimension (training, planning, evaluation, selection, organizational structure, policies and procedures, quality of work life) and managerial-leadership dimension (participatory management and transformational leadership) Well done) were identified and categorized. By controlling the factors affecting the professional growth of physical education teachers, we can witness an increase in teachers' productivity.
