Sociological Criticism of the Female Character in the Novel "The American Granddaughter" by Inam Kajeji

Abstract :

Sociology is one of the fields of social sciences that studies and investigates the social phenomena in the developed society with scientific method and the concept of personality is conceptualized in literature in different ways like the concept of human. Our conceptual model of personality is based on a sociological perspective. The focus of this article is the sociological critique of the contemporary American grandson`s novel " written by Inam Kajeji.   In this research, using the model of sociology of character, we have analyzed and investigated the main female character in the novel The American Grandson. In this research, social and cultural issues such as politics, the multiple divisions of modern human identity, historical and social developments, as well as the factors of degeneration and social damage Such as unrealized imitation, breaking tradition and departing from moral values  and principles, sin and abandoning divine commands, ... are in the center of attention in this novel. The necessity of conducting this research is to examine and analyze the main female character in the novel The American Grandson, as well as the sociology of the female character in this novel, and it is concluded that women have been able to develop their skills and abilities in the fields of To reveal social with language and expression and to show their active presence and involvement in all arenas and scenes.
