The feasibility of the decline of American hegemony in the international system with the fall of the dollar due to the abundance of secondary sanctions inspired by the Tetris jurisprudence in criminal jurisprudence

Abstract :

In line with the legal and political struggle against secondary sanctions by the US Treasury Department, it can be argued that the decline of US hegemony and the fall of the dollar as a global reserve currency represent profound changes in the international order. This can be considered as the necessity and importance of the present study.In this research search by descriptive analytical method at the same time adapting to the use of a documented and library approach we are looking for an answer to this question based on the theological teachings of Tetris will the dollar shield to put pressure on the opposition in the form of economic sanctions cause the decline of American hegemony It seems that in the medium and long term it will weaken and replace the new order. The documentation of US actions from a legal perspective on the instrumental use of dollars in international courts can also result in legal invalidity if convicted.Pursuing such a policy can be one of the main aspects of foreign policy, which by strengthening unions such as BRICS and pursuing their goals and methods in bilateral or multilateral approaches can contribute significantly in the medium term, while reducing the pressure of economic sanctions as a discredit of the dollar and to other literature to the order of the culture formed by De-dollar depreciation in the global political economy.
