Presenting the organizational health model of elementary schools in Babol province of Iraq based on normative and behavioral variables

Abstract :
This research has been done with the aim of presenting the model of organizational health of elementary schools in Babol province of Iraq based on normative and behavioral variables. The research method was descriptive-survey in terms of developmental goal and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population included all principals of elementary schools in Babol province of Iraq and university education specialists and professors, among whom 12 people were purposefully selected as a sample according to the principle of theoretical saturation and with the help of semi-structured interview, data was collected from these samples. By analyzing the content of the interviews and extracting the codes, the dimensions and components of organizational health were identified in the elementary schools of Babol province, Iraq. The process of theoretical coding of the data was done through the Max Kyoda software version 2020. By analyzing the content of interviews and extracting codes, the dimensions and components of the implementation of the supervisory role of secondary school principals in Wasit province of Iraq were identified. The triple open, central and selective coding process of the data was done through MAXQDA software version 2020. The findings showed that at the end of the open coding process, 53 concepts were labeled. In this phase, the primary concepts were examined, analyzed and categorized to identify subcategories. Based on this, in axial coding, 14 subcategories were extracted from 53 open codes.
