Designing the excellence model of the regulatory organization in the judicial complexes of Tehran city with thematic analysis

Abstract :
Given that judicial complexes are one of the active centers that play an important role in society, paving the way for judicial complexes to progress and achieve excellence is vital so that it can have a say in the current competitive world; Therefore, the aim of the current research is to design the excellence model of the regulatory organization in the judicial complexes of Tehran. In terms of developmental-applicative goal, in terms of theorizing, inductive-comparative approach, and in terms of data collection method, the research is among qualitative research. In this research, while reviewing the documents, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 11 judges and expert employees of the judicial complexes of Tehran and its subordinate institutions through targeted sampling. The resulting data were analyzed using the theme analysis method and the six-step approach of Brown and Clark (2006), which is a systematic and advanced approach of theme analysis. In order to evaluate the quality of qualitative results, Lincoln and Goba evaluation method was used. For this purpose, based on this method, four criteria, reliability, transferability, reliability and verifiability were considered. The model resulting from the research had 38 primary codes, 17 sub-themes and 4 main themes of behavioral factors, organizational factors, managerial factors and environmental factors. The interpretation and analysis of the research data showed that the managers of the organization can by creating a culture appropriate to the organization, giving responsibility to the employees, formulating a clear and codified model, partnering affairs and following up and monitoring the implementation of processes, compiling facilitating rules and cooperating with the organization's excellence research centers.
