Abstract :
The village of Baraghan is endowed with numerous tourist and tourism attractions. Despite having environmental, economic, infrastructural, and cultural potentials, this village remains relatively unknown and does not experience significant tourism activity during certain times of the year. The primary goal of this study is to develpe an appropriate model for sustainable rural tourism around metropolitan areas. This research is descriptive-survey-based in terms of data collection. Information was gathered through library-field methods using a questionnaire. The statistical population consisted of all residents over 18 years of age in Baraghan village, selected through purposive sampling. To test the research hypotheses, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed using the SmartPLS software. The results revealed that in Baraghan village, the rural marketing index had the lowest impact with a coefficient of 0.737, while comprehensive management planning had the highest significance with a coefficient of 0.944.
