Abstract :
To live in the era of technology and communication, our teenagers undoubtedly need something more than acquiring knowledge, they need to learn how to stay updated in an environment full of information, where to get their information and with what Who and how to communicate. They need to know how to keep themselves updated and make changes in their lives step by step. UNESCO presented a new definition of literacy, according to this definition, there are 12 types of literacy, most of which are neglected in our educational systems, and the subject of scientific literacy is mostly discussed. The purpose of this research is to investigate the skills that require self-awareness and emotional intelligence among teenagers. In this research, the definitions of 3 types of literacy and their definitions are first examined, and then the solutions of the countries are discussed through the study of existing articles and standards and their different educational systems, the situation of our teenagers in the second secondary level of education is examined regarding the desired literacy and finally, a systematic It was designed and presented according to our culture and needs by looking at successful examples for teaching the neglected literacy in the educational system. we tried to determine the literacy level of the target society by distributing questionnaires and then by considering the experiences of successful countries. Regarding the education of the intended literacies, after receiving the opinion of experts, they were finalized and a summary was obtained with an educational model.
