Numerical comparison of component commonalities of interventions to regenerate the urban voids of Tehran and Berlin

Abstract :
; The extent of changes and transformations has been to such an extent that it led to the emergence of a movement called modernism and modernization in developing and developed countries, which chose cities as the origin of transformations to consolidate their intellectual patterns and principles. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of the components of regeneration interventions in dealing with urban voids in the historical context of the two cities of Berlin (as the capital of a developed country) and Tehran (as the capital of a developing country). The research method is nested in qualitative and quantitative nest to nest type, first extracting the commonalities of how to deal with urban voids, and then based on the introduced projects and filling in the impact of the components in the quantitative phase and with the Eckert spectrum questionnaire, the researchers are asked ATLASTI software is used in the qualitative part and GRAPHER software is used in the quantitative part. The results show that among the common components of regeneration interventions, the largest factor contribution is related to non-use and creation of public spaces with a value of (1.000) and Catherine It is related to creating vitality with a value of (0.255). And in the Iranian group, the highest coefficient of determination is related to the change of use with a value of (0.962) and the lowest is related to the use of a special structure with a value of (0.213).
