Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to identify and determine the main variables influencing the design of cultural diversity management policy in Iranian government organizations. The current research community includes researches conducted between 1385 and 1400 about the management of cultural diversity in organizations. In this research, among the types of research methods, an exploratory design of categorization type has been used. In this plan, qualitative data were first collected through library studies and evaluated based on meta-analysis. The results showed that the main variables influencing the design of the cultural diversity policy are in two categories of functional and strategic variables, each of which is defined by five components. In the strategic category, the variable of unity and cultural cohesion in the organization; In the functional category, the development of cultural skills has been the most repeated in the reviewed researches, which means the greatest impact. Therefore, it is suggested that Iran's government organizations focus on promoting a sense of unity and cultural cohesion in the workplace, which includes creating opportunities for employees with different backgrounds to come together, share their experiences, and create a sense of common identity in the organization.
