Developing a model for the successful implementation of women's championship sport development policies (qualitative study)

Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to develop a model for the successful implementation of policies for the development of women's championship sports. The research method was descriptive-survey and practical in terms of purpose. Research data was collected in the field and qualitatively. The statistical sample was women's championship sports experts who were purposefully selected based on expertise, experience, theoretical mastery, desire and accessibility. In this research, an in-depth semi-structured interview was conducted with 22 of the participants, and from the 18th interview onwards, the answers were repeated from the previous interviews. After coding, the data obtained from the background literature and the text of the interviews were reviewed by five participants and re-coded by two coders other than the research group, and then reviewed and screened in the Delphi panel. Finally, the validity of the data was confirmed by sports management professors. became. In the dimensions of policies and executives, management requirements and environmental and socio-cultural conditions, 46 effective indicators on the implementation of women's championship sports development policies were identified in the form of 14 components. It can be said that the transparency of goals and the lack of contradictory goals, the motivation and willingness of executives to implement policies, women's participation in decision-making, avoiding gender discrimination, empowering policy executives, providing sufficient financial resources and investment along with the intellectual and cultural background of the society, the development of more than Pre-sports will follow the women's championship.
