Abstract :
Todayurban planning, urban developmentisthe foundation, thatcannot beignored therole ofclimaticfactors andelements. Due to the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in recent decades, there are considerable changes in meteorological and land surface parameters in large cities.Given today’s climate researchers have failed due to insufficient information as it should are studied on the effects of climate on urban and or climate impacts on urban development,Therefore, the present study attempted to investigate these interactions in order to will be reviewed evaluated of the temperature trend and its relationship to urban developmentthe case of the Shiraz city. Thepurpose were used of thestatisticsthe minimumtemperature, maximumtemperature, meantemperature, absoluteminimumandabsolute maximum temperaturesynoptic stationin Shirazduring theperiod1350-1389 in annualscale. The homogeneous test data by Chi-Square and Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests and normal measurement data by Ncss and Minitab software for the colculation of trend was used the t test, Von Neumann, s and Autocorrelation function parameteric tests. Finally obtained the parameters trend type by the least squares method. The results indicate that the parameter of the minimum temperature, maximum temperature, average temperature and the mean absolute temperature increases tend and has without trend the parameter absolute maximum temperature. The growth rate was concurrent with the development of urbanization and industrialization, in Shirazand seems the connection between the development of urbanization and industrialization increase in temperature. The significance of this trend, particularly at a minimum temperature, due to the effects of urban development and land use change is followed an environmental impact, local climate change and land rule. The increase is necessary to avoid the consequences of such trendsurban planners develop the necessary to operate arrangements in order to cope with the increased heat and risk management.
