Identifying the Key Factors Effective on the Future Condition of Housing Planning of Low-income Groups of Tabriz Metropolis with approach of Future-studie

Abstract :
Given the significance of housing provision for vulnerable segments of the urban society and the need for new planning to identify and manage future challenges, future studies has turned into an indispensable necessity in this field. In this way This study, by using the modern approach of future studies and the principles of normative paradigm discusses the effective factors on the future condition of housing planning of low-income groups of Tabriz metropolis. The goal of this study is to identify the key factors effective on the future condition of low-income groups of Tabriz metropolis. In order to do this, Delphi technique was used for identifying the effective factors on the future condition of the system the result of which showed 59 initial effective factors on the future condition of the system were identified. In the next step, for extracting the key factors effective on the future procedure of the system, Cross Impact Analysis method was used by software Micmac. The results of the study show that the studied system is and unstable one and in the table of variables spread; five classes of factors (effective, Twosided and independent and influential and regulatory) can be identified. Finally, out of the 59 factors, 13 are the key factors for the main actors and affect the future status of the system. and the current circumstances of these factors are not that desirable; thus, the future condition of the system will be a continuation of the current condition with a desirable procedure.
