Evaluation of the role of ecotourism houses in the sustainable development of tourism areas in Saman city

Abstract :

As part of the tourism industry, ecotourism is recognized as an important factor in resource conservation and environmental protection, which simultaneously promotes and develops tourism sustainability and prevents continuous environmental degradation. In this regard, tourism, especially ecotourism, is a new approach that can play a major role in empowering local people and developing human resources, especially women, diversifying the economy and its growth, creating job opportunities, and improving living standards through the provision of social services. The current research has been carried out with the aim of identifying the role of ecotourism houses in the sustainable development of tourism areas in the rural areas of Saman city.The research is applied-developmental in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in nature. The statistical population of the research is the villages of Saman city, which were selected based on previous studies and experts' criteria. The sample size using Cochran's formula was 337 local residents. The results of one-way analysis of variance, Tukey's test, and T-test showed that between the rural areas of Saman city, in terms of There is a significant difference in the development indicators of eco-friendly houses in all 10 factors, and the studied area has many strengths and potentials in the field of eco-friendly house development, which, if the weaknesses and threats can be reduced, the possibility of creating employment and income for local residents. There will be through the development of eco-tourism houses. The results showed that, for example, Kahkesh village is in a weaker situation in terms of the index of residential and residential usage increase. In the investment increase index, Markede is weak in this field. In the index of service activities and consumption of domestic products, Ilbigi village is in a weak situation.

 

Extended Abstract

 

Introduction

Ecotourism is an emerging concept in the global market that aims to protect the environment and develop rural communities sustainably. As a valuable branch of nature tourism, ecotourism involves protecting the environment, educating visitors, benefiting society, and improving livelihoods. Planning and developing ecotourism in rural areas, while adhering to sustainable development principles, can transform the economy of low-income rural areas and improve the lives of local communities. Moreover, ecotourism can empower local people, diversify the economy, create job opportunities, and improve living standards through social services. Saman city, located on the banks of the Zainderoud river in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, has the necessary potential for the development of rural tourism. However, the city also faces challenges such as economic and cultural issues, environmental problems, breaking of social ties, overflow of unemployed workers to the outskirts of cities, and the emergence of a poverty belt. In this situation, rural ecotourism can address many issues of Armenian rural communities, develop the area, and provide opportunities to improve people's quality of life while preserving their authentic traditional culture and handicrafts. This can be achieved without the need to migrate to cities for livelihoods and jobs. Currently, more than 1.5 million people visit the natural, historical, and cultural attractions of Saman city every year.The purpose of this research is to evaluate the role of ecotourism residences in the sustainable development of Saman city's rural areas. The research aims to answer the question of whether there is a significant difference between the indicators of ecotourism houses in the sustainable development of the park in the rural areas of Saman city or not, and if so, in which region. The study will investigate the necessary potentials in the field of ecotourism to develop rural areas and create employment opportunities for local residents.

 

Methodology

The current study employed a descriptive-analytical and survey method to collect information. The required data was obtained through document analysis and field research, including questionnaires and interviews. Preliminary information was gathered through library studies, followed by field studies and surveys to complete the data. The statistical population comprised residents of villages in the city, and a sample of 337 residents from surveyed villages was selected using random cluster sampling. A questionnaire was administered to collect data on indicators of ecotourism houses in sustainable tourism development. Factor analysis was conducted using different indicators such as KMO and Bartlett's test to identify different factors. Each of the factors was then investigated and compared using special and variance explanation percentages. In general, the analysis of variance method was used to investigate significant differences between the regions. This method served as a comparative tool to detect differences in the levels of the study areas with respect to the constituent indices of ecotourism houses. In the final step, the information was analyzed. The statistical population of the study comprised 337 local residents. Data analysis involved using SPSS and Excel software to conduct one-way analysis of variance (F test), Tukey test, and T test to analyze the current and future situations. ARC GIS software was used to generate the required maps.

 

Results and Discussion

To investigate whether there is a significant difference between the rural areas of Saman city in terms of ecotourism house indicators in sustainable tourism development, a one-way analysis of variance (F test) was used. The results show that there is a significant difference between the investigated areas in several indicators, including service activities, security and lifestyle change, improvement of communication networks and cultural interaction, provision of infrastructure services and facilities, preservation of vegetation and prevention of land use changes, creation of employment and income, improvement of quality of life and provision of services with health standards, increase in investment, environmental pollution, and increase in residential and residential use. The villages are placed in three homogeneous groups in the index of security and lifestyle change, provision of infrastructure services and facilities, improvement of quality of life, and provision of standard health services and environmental pollution. In the index of improvement of communication networks and cultural interaction, the villages are placed in two homogeneous groups, due to the weakness of communication networks in Markdeh village. In the index of maintaining vegetation cover and preventing land use changes, the villages are in two homogeneous groups, and Markdeh village has had problems in the discussion of land use changes. In the indicator of increasing investment, the villages are in two homogeneous groups, and Markadeh village is weak in this field. In the index of service activities and consumption of domestic products, the villages are also in two homogeneous groups, and the village of Ilbeigi is in a weak situation. Finally, the villages are in two homogeneous groups in terms of the employment and income creation index, indicating that they are at the same level in terms of employment and income creation.

 

Conclusion

The research findings show that there are significant differences between the rural areas of Saman city in terms of eco-tourism house development indicators, including service activities and sales of domestic products, security and lifestyle change, communication networks and cultural interaction, providing infrastructure services and facilities, maintaining vegetation and preventing land use changes, creating employment and income, improving the quality of life and providing services with health standards, increasing investment, environmental pollution and increasing the use of residences and settlements. The study suggests that sustainable tourism development in rural areas requires attention to the environmental and cultural resources of each region and should be planned regionally. The strengths of the region include natural landscapes and suitable weather, and the opportunities include easy access to the region and its location in the country's tourism goals.

Abstract

Ecotourism is an important aspect of tourism that promotes sustainability and protects the environment. By empowering local communities, particularly women, and diversifying the economy, ecotourism can create job opportunities, improve living standards, and provide social services. The aim of this research is to investigate the role of ecotourism houses in the development of sustainable rural tourism areas in Saman city. This study adopts an applied-developmental approach and a descriptive-analytical nature. The statistical population of this research is the villages of Saman city, selected based on previous and standard studies. The sample size was determined to be 337 local residents using Cochran's formula. The results of one-way analysis of variance, Tukey's test, and T-test indicate a significant difference between the rural areas of Saman city in terms of regional development indicators and the factor of ecotourism houses. The development of eco-homes can help improve the livelihoods of local residents. For example, Kahkesh village is in a weaker situation in terms of the index of residential and residential use increase, Markede is weak in the investment index, and Il Begi village is in a weak situation in the index of service activities and consumption of domestic products.

Conclusion

The research findings show that there are significant differences between the rural areas of Saman city in terms of eco-tourism house development indicators, including service activities and sales of domestic products, security and lifestyle change, communication networks and cultural interaction, providing infrastructure services and facilities, maintaining vegetation and preventing land use changes, creating employment and income, improving the quality of life and providing services with health standards, increasing investment, environmental pollution and increasing the use of residences and settlements. The study suggests that sustainable tourism development in rural areas requires attention to the environmental and cultural resources of each region and should be planned regionally. The strengths of the region include natural landscapes and suitable weather, and the opportunities include easy access to the region and its location in the country's tourism goals.

اکوتوریسم به‌عنوان بخشی از صنعت گردشگری عامل مهمی در حفظ منابع و حفاظت از محیط‌زیست شناخته می‌شود که هم‌زمان پایداری گردشگری را ترویج و توسعه می‌دهد و از تخریب مداوم محیط‌زیست جلوگیری می‌کند. در این راستا گردشگری به‌ویژه اکوتوریسم رویکرد جدیدی است که می‌تواند در توانمندسازی مردم محلی و توسعه منابع انسانی به ویژه زنان، تنوع‌بخشی اقتصاد و رشد آن، خلق فرصت‌های شغلی و ارتقاء استانداردهای زندگی از طریق تامین خدمات اجتماعی نقش عمده‌ای ایفا نماید. پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی نقش خانه‌های بوم گردی در توسعه پایدار مناطق روستایی گردشگری در شهرستان سامان صورت گرفته است. پژوهش از لحاط هدف کاربردی- توسعه‌ای و به لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، روستاهای شهرستان سامان می‌باشد که بر اساس مطالعات پیشین و معیر‌های کارشناسان انتخاب شده است حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران337 ساکنان محلی ، نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه و آزمون Tukeyو آزمون T نشان داده که بین مناطق روستایی شهرستان سامان ازنظر شاخص‌های توسعه‌ای خانه‌های بوم گردی در هر 10 عامل تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد و منطقه موردمطالعه، از قوت‌ها و پتانسیل‌های زیادی در زمینه توسعه خانه‌های بوم گردی برخوردار بوده که درصورتی‌که بتوان ضعف‌ها و تهدیدها را کاهش داد، امکان قابلیت ایجاد اشتغال و درآمد برای ساکنین محلی از طریق توسعه خانه‌های بوم گردی وجود خواهد داشت. نتایج نشان دادند برای مثال ازنظر شاخص افزایش کاربری اقامتگاهی و سکونتگاهی ، روستای کاهکش در وضعیت ضعیف‌تری قرار دارد. در شاخص افزایش سرمایه‌گذاری ، مارکده در این زمینه ضعف دارد. در شاخص فعالیت‌های خدماتی و مصرف تولیدات داخلی، روستای ایل‌بیگی در وضعیت ضعیفی قرار دارد.

مقدمه

اکوتوریسم، یکی از اجزای فرعی گردشگری پایدار ، به یکی از مفاهیم نوظهور در بازار جهانی تبدیل شده است. با توجه به تقاضای رو به رشد جهانی برای توسعه پایدار در سال‌های اخیر، سازمان جهانی توسعه پایدار(IISD) اکوتوریسم را به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین راهکارها در زمینه آشتی با محیط‌زیست در جهت توسعه جوامع روستایی می‌داند(Rahmati et al, 2021) .بوم‌گردی1 به‌عنوان یکی از ارزشمندترین شاخه‌های طبیعت‌گردی شناخته می‌شود که قصد دارد به شیوه‌ی خردمندانه‌ای با کمترین اثر منفی بر طبیعت و فرهنگ منطقه، بیشترین فایده را برای آن داشته باشد. این شاخه از گردشگری بر اساس نتایج توسعه پایدار آن شناخته‌شده که شامل حفاظت از محیط‌زیست، آموزش بازدیدکنندگان در زمینه پایداری و سود رساندن به جامعه محلی و ارتقاء معیشت آن‌ها می‌باشد (Wood, 2002:7؛ Ramzanzadeh Lesboi, 2022:76). برآورد شده است که بوم‌گردی تقریباً 27 درصد سفرهای بین‌المللی را در برمی‌گیرد و چنانچه به‌صورت مناسب مدیریت شود می‌تواند به اشتغال محلی، فرصت‌های توسعه بومی و حفظ محیط طبیعی منجر گردد (Githinji, 2006: 9 & Zuluaga et al, 2020:22. ). تمایل و نیاز انسان برای رسیدن به زندگی‌های دور از حاشیه و پیچیدگی‌های شهری منجر شده تا افرادی شیوه زندگی‌شان را به طبیعت نزدیک کنند. آن‌ها به روش‌های گوناگون ازجمله بازسازی خانه‌های پدری و اجدادی خود از شهرهای بزرگ به روستاهای کوچک بازگشته‌اند و به عبارتی مهاجرت وارونه داشته‌اند. به‌این‌ترتیب ضمن بازگشت به گذشته و لذت بردن از ساده زیستن، این فرصت را برای دیگران نیاز مهیا ساخته‌اند تا در قالب یک سفر طبیعت‌گردی چند روز زندگی به سبک گذشتگان در خانه‌های خشتی، چوبی و سنگی را تجربه کنند(Shokouhi & Yazdanpanah). در برنامه‌ریزی و توسعه اکوتوریسم مناطق روستایی باید اصول و قواعد پایداری را رعایت کرد. سرمایه‌ها و ارزش‌های پنهان طبیعی، فرهنگی و تاریخی فراوانی در مناطق روستایی وجود دارند که قابلیت عرضه و معرفی به گردشگران داخلی و خارجی را دارد. این فرصتی است مغتنم که می‌تواند تحولی در اقتصاد مناطق کم‌درآمد روستایی در کشورهای درحال‌توسعه فراهم آورد و به‌عنوان ابزاری جهت ایجاد معیشتی نوین و پایدار در رونق اشتغال بومی و افزایش درآمدهای محلی محسوب شود و به بهبود اقتصاد در زندگی مناطق محروم بینجامد. مردم بومی صاحبان اصلی زیستگاه‌های طبیعی هستند. قلمرویی که در آن زندگی می‌کنند، زبان، فرهنگ، روح و دانش آن‌ها به این مردمان تعلق دارد (Toosi Rad et al, 2022:4 & Zeppel, 2006:266-256). برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای فعالیت‌های گردشگری بر اساس اصول توسعه پایدار با در نظر گرفتن ملاحظات اجتماعی و طبیعی منطقه همچنین می‌تواند انگیزه‌ای برای باقی ماندن جوانان در روستا و پیش‌گیری از مهاجرت آنان به شهرهای بزرگ باشد. کشور ایران با وجود مناطق روستایی غنی با مشکلاتی از قبیل، کمبود امکانات اجتماعی، ضعف زیرساختی و ضعف پایه‌های اقتصادی از قبیل، نارسایی خدمات تولیدی روبه‌رو است؛ بنابراین، ترسیم بخش بزرگی از ایجاد یک آینده موفق، مستلزم غلبه بر موانع فوق با بهره‌گیری از استعدادها و ظرفیت‌های محلی است (Islam & Carlsen, 2012:13؛Shams dini & Jamini, 2021 ). در این راستا، تقویت گردشگری به‌ویژه شاخه بوم گردی می‌تواند در توانمندسازی مردم محلی، توسعه منابع انسانی، تنوع‌بخشی اقتصادی و رشد آن، خلق فرصت‌های شغلی و ارتقاء استاندارد‌های زندگی از طریق تأمین خدمات اجتماعی نقش عمده‌ای ایفا نماید. شهرستان سامان در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری به دلیل قرار گرفتن در حاشیه رودخانه زاینده‌رود از شرایط و پتانسیل لازم برای توسعه گردشگری روستایی برخوردار می‌باشد؛ اما این شهرستان به جهت چالش‌هایی هماننده نبود فرصت‌های اقتصادی، مشکلات فرهنگی، زیست‌محیطی، شکست پیوندهای اجتماعی، مهاجرت سرریز نیروهای بیکار به حاشیه شهرها و پیدایش کمربند فقر در پیرامون خود مواجه بوده، که به نظر می‌رسد گردشگری روستایی به ویژه (اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی) و توسعه آن فرصتی برای رسیدگی به بسیاری از مسائل جوامع روستایی می‌باشد (Azkia & Ghaffari, 2013: 278). بوم‌گردی روستایی میتواند شرایطی فراهم گردد که وضعیت کیفیت زندگی مردم روستا بهبود یابد و ضمن حفظ فرهنگی سنتی اصیل خود و صنایع‌دستی دیگر نیازی نباشد برای امرارمعاش و یافتن شغل به شهرها مهاجرت کنند که از یک‌سو موجب افزایش جمعیت شهرها شوند و از سوی دیگر به دلیل اختلافات فرهنگی مشکلات فراوانی هم برای مردم شهر و هم برای مردم تازه مهاجرت کرده ایجاد کنند. به‌طور متوسط سالانه بیش از یک میلیون و 500 هزار نفر گردشگر از جاذبه‌های طبیعی، تاریخی، فرهنگی شهرستان سامان بازدید می‌کنند. با توجه به مطالب گفته‌شده این پژوهش باهدف، ارزیابی نقش اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی در توسعه پایدار مناطق گردشگری در شهرستان سامان در نظر دارد به این سوال پاسخ دهد آیا تفاوت معناداری بین مناطق روستایی شهرستان سامان از لحاظ شاخص‌های خانه‌های بوم گردی در توسعه پایدار گردشگری آن وجود دارد یا خیر؟ و این تفاوت‌ها در کدام مناطق است؟ می‌پردازد تا با بررسی پتانسیل‌های لازم در زمینه بوم‌گردی، در راستای توسعه هرچه بهتر مناطق روستایی و ایجاد اشتغال و درآمد برای ساکنن محلی در این منطقه بپردازد.

 

پیشینه تحقیق و مبانی نظری

امروزه برنامه توسعه سازمان ملل متحد، اکوتوریسم را بهترین راه توسعه خردمندانه مناطق طبیعی در کشورهای درحال‌توسعه دانسته و آن را ترویج می‌کند(Bahatta & Ohe, 2019: 146-167؛ Sadeghi & Shamsoddini, 2024:5). دیدگاه توسعه پایدار معنی جدیدی از حفاظت را پدید آورده است: «حفاظت یعنی هم مراقبت و هم استفاده منطقی از منابع طبیعی.» چراکه بشر به‌عنوان جزئی از طبیعت نمی‌تواند آینده‌ای داشته باشد مگر آنکه از طبیعت و منابع طبیعی حفاظت کند. از سوی دیگر بدون توسعه‌ای که فقر و تیره‌روزی صدها میلیون انسان را تخفیف دهد، دست‌یابی به حفاظت ممکن نیست(Rezvani et al, 2016: 33-42). توسعه پایدار فرایندی است از توسعه سرزمین، شهرها، مشاغل، جوامع و مانند آن‌که برآورنده نیازهای حال حاضر بشر باشد، بی‌آنکه قابلیت سرزمین را برای برآورده شدن نیازهای نسل‌های بعد به خطر اندازد. فعالیتی که بر اساس توسعه پایدار برنامه‌ریزی و اجرا می‌شود می‌بایست به نسل حال و آینده پاسخ‌گو باشد و لجام‌گسیخته و رهاشده گام برندارد. توسعه پایدار به یکپارچگی می‌اندیشد. سفرهای طبیعت‌گردی در مقایسه با سایر شاخه‌های گردشگری امکانات وزیرساخت‌های کمتری نیاز دارد، ولی حداقل امکانات اقامتی برای اکوتوریست‌هایی که تورهای به نسبت پرهزینه را خریداری کرده‌اند تا بتوانند تجربه سفری متفاوت داشته باشند، جزء نیازهای مهم این نوع سفرها محسوب می‌شود؛ بنابراین نحوه‌ی شکل‌گیری این اقامتگاه‌ها و ارتباط آن‌ها با یکدیگر می‌تواند الگوی مناسبی برای توسعه این‌گونه زیرساخت‌ها محسوب شودRahmanzade & Ghanbari, 2022: 6).) از طرفی چون فعالیت‌های اکوتوریستی در درون مناطق طبیعی انجام می‌شود، این‌گونه فعالیت‌ها همواره در مواجه با جامعه میزبان است؛ بنابراین جامعه میزبان جزء مهمی از یک فعالیت اکوتوریستی محسوب می‌شود. بررسی نگرش ساکنان محلی نسبت به این پدیده جدید و تاثیر آن در زندگی آن‌ها نیز می‌تواند درس‌های مفیدی برای پروژه‌ها و طرح‌های مشابه باشد. ازآنجایی‌که در اکوتوریسم کمک به بهبود شرایط زندگی جامعه محلی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است و با توجه به این‌که صاحبان این اقامتگاه‌ها اغلب از دل جامعه محلی بیرون آمده‌اند حمایت و توسعه این مکان‌های اقامتی گامی در راه رسیدن به اهداف اکوتوریسم است(Atai et al, 2016: 44). یکی از نیازهای مهم اکوتوریسم، اقامتگاه‌هایی متناسب با سفرهای اکوتوریستی به‌عنوان مکانی خاص است که ویژگی‌های متفاوت و متنوعی دارد. اقامتگاه‌ها، بسته به اینکه در کجا قرار می‌گیرند و برای چه مخاطبی ایجاد می‌شوند، تعیین و طراحی می‌شوند. اقامتگاه‌های اکوتوریسم معمولاً در حاشیه پارک‌های ملی و مناطق حفاظت‌شده طبیعی با چشم‌انداز زیبای طبیعت، یا در بافت بومی مناطق روستایی و عشایری توسعه می‌یابد شاید در مقایسه با نیاز دیگر شاخه‌های گردشگری، ایجاد اقامتگاه‌های مناسب اکوتوریسم 2 جهت اندازه پروژه و حجم سرمایه موردنیاز بسیار قابل‌دسترس باشند. درواقع امکانات در مقایسه بسیار کم‌هزینه و متناسب با سطح سرمایه‌گذاری جامعه بومی است ((Ehsani, 2015:180. مدیریت و عملکرد یک خانه اکولوژیک با یک هتل تفاوت زیادی دارد. براساس دستورالعمل‌های بین‌المللی خانه‌های اکولوژیک، در اغلب موارد این خانه‌ها در مناطق بکر و دورافتاده و توسعه‌نیافته قرار دارند و بخش دولتی در این مناطق در زمینه‌های بهداشتی، آموزشی، آب و برق کمترین میزان سرمایه‌گذاری را داشته است. این موضوع باعث می‌شود تا صاحبان اکولوژها با تکیه بر تلاش‌های خود و جلب حمایت مردم بومی در راستای توسعه پایدار پیش روند(Encyclopedia of Urban and Rural Management, 2009:452). همچنین مدیران از آموزش به‌عنوان ابزار مهم موفقیت اکوتوریسم بهره می‌گیرند (Wood, 27: 2002). سیاست گردشگری پایدار در دنیای امروزی، رهیافت جامعه است که خواهان رشد بلندمدت صنعت گردشگری بدون آثار مخرب بر زیست‌بوم‌های طبیعی است. همچنین براین تاکید دارد که در قالب توسعه گردشگری، بشر قادر خواهد بود که جوانب خاص از محیط در جهت مثبت یا منفی تعدیل یا دست‌کاری شود (Sharifzadeh and Murad Nejad, 2007:55). به همین خاطر در طول چند دهه گذشته، مفهوم گردشگری پایدار تا حدی پیشرفت کرده و جاافتاده است تا بتوان پاسخگوی تهدیدهای گردشگری نابسامان باشد، گردشگری پایدار، گردشگری را در غالب مرزها بررسی کرده و رابطه مثلث وار بین جامعه میزبان و سرزمین آن را از یک‌جهت و جامعه میزبان را از یک سویی و با صنعت گردشگری برقرار ساخته است (Qaderi, 2004: 13). توجه به توسعه پایدار و رعایت اصول آن در گردشگری پایدار حائز اهمیت است، چراکه زیست‌محیطی و حرکت به‌سوی استفاده از جاذبه‌های گردشگری مطابق با نیازهای امروز و حفظ و ماندگاری این منابع برای آینده است (Ahmadi and Etemadi, 2012:4). گردشگری پایدار مجموعه‌ای از عناصر است که با یکدیگر در تعامل هستند، به‌گونه‌ای که تغییر در هر یک از آن‌ها منجر به ایجاد تغییر در دیگر عناصر سیستم می‌شود (Tolai, 2019: 139). پژوهش‌های که در زمینه خانه‌های بوم گردی صورت گرفته:

نگوین و همکاران2(2022) نشان داد که برای افزایش پایداری منابع گردشگری، می‌توان از راهکارهایی مانند ایجاد خدمات زیربنایی، بهبود تسهیلات و امکانات اقامتگاهی و پذیرایی، تبلیغات در زمینه گردشگری، ایجاد فعالیت‌های مکمل، حفظ آثار تاریخی و طبیعی و همچنین ارتقاء و معرفی ارزش‌های فرهنگی جامعه میزبان استفاده کرد.هونگ هو3 و لی چینگ(2022) در مطالعه‌ای نشان دادند که ساخت و سازهای جدید روستایی می‌تواند باعث توسعه اکوتوریسم روستایی، افزایش جریان مسافر و بهبود درآمد سرانه شود گاسلینگ4(2017) فناوری و توسعه تکنولوژی در ایجاد پایداری گردشگری نقش مهمی دارد. هان (2021) نیز به نقش مهم دولت و اعمال سیاست‌های نگهداری بناها و منابع گردشگری، مشارکت جامعه میزبان و خوداتکایی اقتصادی آنها در پایداری منابع گردشگری اشاره دارند. پورنومو و همکاران (2020) نتیجه گرفتند که عواملی از جمله تامین خدمات، توسعه زیرساخت‌ها، امنیت و فرهنگ جامعه میزبان بیشترین نقش را می‌تواند در توسعه گردشگری و منابع مرتبط با آن داشته باشد. مارتینز و همکاران (2019)، به نقش مهم اجتماعات محلی و تامین منابع مالی در پایداری منابع گردشگری تاکید دارند. (Abang Abdurahman, 2016) در مطالعه خود به این نتیجه رسیدند فرهنگ مهم ترین ویژگی هدف مقصد توریست در مقایسه با سایر ویژگی‌های شناخته شده تاثیر می‌گذارد. (Cobbinah, 2016)در پژوهشی نشان داد منافع و درآمد حال از اکوتوریسم در مجاورت مناطق حفاطت شده به نفع دولت و سازمان‌های مدیریتی بوده است. عدالت خواه در پژوهشی بیان کرد بهترین امتیاز به موقعیتی اختصاص داده شده که کمترین خطر وقوع سیل و رانش زمین، کمترین سختی و هزینه دسترسی به جاده و بیشترین دسترسی به آب و روستاهای اطراف را داشته باشد.

صفاری و همکاران (1391) پژوهشی را با عنوان شناسایی پهنه‌های مستعد اکوتوریسم در شهرستان کازرون انجام دادند. در این پژوهش با استفاده از نقشه‌ی نهایی پهنه‌بندی اکوتوریسم شهرستان، مهم‌ترین ژئومورفولوسایت‌های محدوده‌ی موردمطالعه را به دلیل داشتن اشکال ژئومورفولوژیکی مشخص نمودند. قنبری و صالحی (1393) در مقاله‌ای با عنوان اکوتوریسم در ایران و چالش‌های پیش روی آن، تلاش کرده‌اند به شناسایی و تحلیل انواع چالش‌های اجتماعی ازجمله عدم مشارکت و عدم امنیت اقتصادی ازجمله ضعف تبلیغات و نبود امکانات رفاهی و زیست‌محیطی ازجمله عدم شناخت کامل پدیده‌های اکوتوریستی پرداخته‌اند. استعلاجی و جعفری (1393) پژوهشی را با عنوان نقش عوامل طبیعی در آرایش فضایی سکونتگاه‌های روستایی شهرستان ماهنشان انجام دادند. همچنین در این پژوهش سه عامل ارتفاع، شیب و اقلیم موردبررسی قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، رابطه معناداری بین عوامل محیطی (همچون شیب، طبقات ارتفاعی و اقلیم) و توزیع سکونتگاه‌های روستایی از نوع معکوس ناقص و بین نوع اقلیم و استقرار سکونتگاه‌های روستایی، همبستگی از نوع ناقص مشاهده‌شده است. ضرابی و همکاران (1393) زیر ساخت‌های گردشگری را در مقصد اکوتوریستی بند ارومیه با استفاده از روش SOWTتحلیل کرده‌اند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد هر چه میزان تبلیغات افزایش یابد، به همان اندازه میزان گردشگری ورودی افزایش می‌یابد. هاشمی و همکاران (1395) در مقاله‌ی پهنه‌بندی توان اکوتوریسمی منطقه‌ی بافق یزد، به این نتیجه رسیدند که یکی از راهکارهای مناسب گسترش اکوتوریسم، شناسایی و برنامه ریزی مناطقی است که قابلیت اکوتوریسم را دارند و برای پهنه بندی اکوتوریسمی منطقه، سه معیار ارزش‌های اکوتوریسمی، شرایط طبیعی و زیرساخت‌ها نقش مهمی دارند. ترکمانی و همکاران (1397) به ارزیابی توان اکولوژیکی شهرستان میانه در راستای اکوتوریسم با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی پرداخته‌اند. در این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از فرآیند تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی، اقدام به پهنه‌بندی شهرستان بر اساس توان اکولوژیک با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی نموده است. نتایج بیانگر این بود که شهرستان میانه تنوعی از خرده‌اقلیم‌ها را در خود جای‌داده است و ازنظر پتانسیل اکوتوریسم، تنوع قابل‌توجهی بین بخش‌ها و مناطق مختلف آن وجود دارد. توکلی‌نیا و همکاران (1397) به ارزیابی تناسب مکانی برای توسعه اکوتوریسم در منطقه‌ی رودبار و قصران با استفاده از روش OWA پرداخته‌اند، در این تحقیق با استفاده از سنجش‌های فازی در مطالعات پهنه-بندی پتانسیل اکوتوریسم همچنین با استفاده از شاخص‌های مؤثر در اکوتوریسم پایدار و معیارهای زیرمجموعه‌ی آن‌ها، نواحی مناسب جهت توسعه‌ی اکوتوریسم، بر اساس سناریو‌های گوناگون شناسایی‌شده‌اند. بهمن‌پور و طاهری حسین‌آبادی (1398) در مقاله‌ای با عنوان ارائه الگوی تلفیقی مکان‌یابی ویژه‌ی گردشگری ورزشی با به‌کار‌گیری سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیا (GIS) و روش روی‌هم‌گذاری (IO)لایه‌ها تلاش کرده‌اند تا مکان‌های مناسب برای توسعه‌ی گردشگری ورزشی در شهرستان شاهرود را شناسایی و با استفاده از مدل اکولوژِیکی گردشگری فعالیت‌های مناسب برای هر منطقه را مشخص کنند. 

 

مواد و روش تحقیق

پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی- توسعه‌ای است و از نظر روش انجام توصیفی- تحلیلی و پیمایشی می‌باشد. اطلاعات موردنیاز این پژوهش به‌صورت اسنادی و میدانی (پرسشنامه و مصاحبه) جمع‌آوری گردید. در این پژوهش ابتدا اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای به دست می‌آید و سپس از طریق مطالعات میدانی و تحقیقات پیمایشی اطلاعات مورد نیاز تکمیل می‌شود. جامعه آماری ساکنان روستاهای شهرستان که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای، 337 نفر از ساکنان روستاهای مورد بررسی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌ای شامل شاخص‌های خانه‌های بوم‌گردی در توسعه پایدار گردشگری استفاده شد. سپس با استفاده از شاخص‌های مختلف، مانند KMO و آزمون بارتلت، برای تحلیل عاملی، مدل‌هایی استخراج شدند که عوامل مختلف شناسایی شده‌اند. سپس با استفاده از مقادیر ویژه و درصد تبیین واریانس، اهمیت هر کدام از عوامل بررسی و مقایسه شده‌اند. به طور کلی، در این پژوهش، از روش تحلیل واریانس برای بررسی تفاوت‌های معنی‌دار بین مناطق استفاده شده است. این روش می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش مقایسه‌ای برای تشخیص اختلافات سطح مناطق مورد مطالعه در شاخص‌های تشکیل دهنده خانه‌های بوم‌گردی، استفاده شود. در مرحله آخر به تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات می‌پردازیم. جامعه آماری پژوهش از 337 نفر ساکنین محلی می‌باشد..جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه (آزمون F)، آزمون Tukey و آزمونT در راستای تحلیل وضعیت موجود و آینده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و Excel استفاده‌شده است. برای ترسیم نقشه‌های موردنیاز نیز از نرم‌افزار ARC GIS استفاده گردیده است.

 

محدوده مورد مطالعه

شهرستان سامان در موقعیت جغرافیایی بین ۵۰ درجه و ۵۹ دقیقه تا ۵۱ درجه و ۳۲ درجه و ۲۷ دقیقه تا ۳۲ درجه و ۲۸ دقیقه عرض جغرافیایی در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری قرار دارد. موقعیت نسبی آن از سمت شمال غربی به شهرستان شهرکرد و از دامنه شرقی کوه بلند شیراز قرارگرفته است؛ که طبق آخرین سرشماری عمومی نفوس و مسکن (1395) دارای دو بخش بهنام‌های زاینده‌رود و مرکزی براساس می‌باشد جمعیت شهرستان سامان 34,616 نفر می‌باشد.

 

روستاهای هدف مورد مطالعه در شهرستان سامان

روستاهای موردمطالعه در این پژوهش با توجه به نظر کارشناسان و مطالعه متون پیشین، براساس شکل (1) به ترتیب ایل‌بیگی، چلوان، چمعالی، کاهکش، گرم‌دره، مارکده، یاسه چای و هوره می‌باشد. روستاها به گونه‌ای انتخاب شده‌اند که از هر دهستان دو روستا را به‌عنوان هدف انتخاب‌شده‌اند. بیشترین جمعیت روستا متعلق به روستای هوره از دهستان هوره و بخش زاینده‌رود می‌باشد و همچنین کمترین جمعیت روستای متعلق به روستای ایل‌بیگی از دهستان چما و بخش مرکزی می‌باشد. روستاهای انتخاب‌شده در اطراف رودخانه زاینده‌رود می‌باشد و شغل غالب این روستاها مربوط به باغداری و کشاورزی و اقدامات مربوط به توسعه گردشگری می‌باشد.

بحث و یافته‌های تحقیق

تحلیل آماره توصیفی

به‌منظور شناخت بهتر ماهیت جامعه‌ای که در پژوهش موردمطالعه قرارگرفته است، قبل از تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های آماری، لازم است این داده‌ها توصیف شوند. ابتدا بر اساس نظر 337 نفر ساکنان محلی تکمیل گردیده است. شاخص‌های بوم گردی که در پژوهش حاضر مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است بر اساس نظر کارشناسان و مطالعه متون پیشین به دست آمد است. نتایج جدول(1) نشان می‌دهد که با توجه مقدار KMO نتایج جدول(1) نشان می‌دهد که با توجه مقدار KMO بالا (848/0) و سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 05/0 این داده‌ها برای تحلیل عاملی مناسب هستند.

همانگونه که در جدول (2) مشاهده می‌شود 10 عامل دارای مقادیر ویژه بزرگتر از 1 می‌باشند. 

بر اساس مقادیر ویژه اولیه و مجموع ضرایب فاکتور چرخش داده شده، عوامل "افزایش فعالیت و خدمات فروش تولیدت مصرفی منطقه" و "حفظ پوشش گیاهی و جلوگیری از تغییرات کاربری اراضی" از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردارند. در عوض، عوامل "امنیت و تغیر سبک زندگی" و "آلودگی زیست محیطی" از اهمیت کمتری برخوردارند.

بررسی تفاوت شاخص‌های تشکیل دهنده بوم‌گردی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان سامان

جهت بررسی این سوال که آیا تفاوت معناداری بین مناطق روستایی شهر‌ستان سامان از لحاظ شاخص‌های خانه‌های بوم‌گردی در توسعه پایدار گردشگری وجود دارد؟ از تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه (آزمون F) استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داده است که در شاخص‌های فعالیت‌های خدماتی، امنیت و تغییر سبک زندگی، ارتقاء شبکه‌های ارتباطی و تعامل فرهنگی، ارائه خدمات و امکانات زیربنایی، حفظ پوشش گیاهی و جلوگیری از تغییرات کاربری اراضی، ایجاد اشتغال و درآمد، ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی و ارائه خدمات با استانداردهای بهداشتی، افزایش سرمایه‌گذاری، آلودگی زیست‌محیطی و افزایش کاربری اقامتگاهی و سکونتگاهی بین مناطق مورد بررسی، تفاوت معنا‌داری وجود دارد (3). به عبارتی دیگر، حداقل میانگین یکی از مناطق مورد مطالعه، متفاوت از دیگر مناطق در تمام شاخص‌های مذکور است؛

همان‌طور که مشاهده شده است، با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس، مشخص شده است که بین مناطق مورد مطالعه، از نظر همه شاخص‌های بوم‌گردی، تفاوت معنی‌داری در سطح 95/0 درصد وجود دارد، اما تنها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس نمی‌توان مشخص کرد که این تفاوت‌ها مربوط به کدام یک از مناطق است؛ بنابراین در این تحقیق از آزمون Tukey برای مشخص شدن اختلافات سطح مناطق مورد مطالعه، از نظر شاخص‌های تشکیل دهنده خانه‌های بوم‌گردی استفاده شده است. آزمونTukey جایگاه هر روستا در شهرستان سامان را، به لحاظ عوامل مورد بررسی، با استفاده از میانگین رتبه‌ای، در گروه‌های همگن در جدول (4) نشان می‌دهد.

جدول (4) قرارگیری روستاها را در گروه‌های همگن نشان می‌دهد. همانگونه که در جدول فوق مشاهده می‌شود روستاها در شاخص امنیت و تغییر سبک‌زندگی ، ارائه خدمات و امکانات زیربنایی، ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی و ارائه خدمات بهداشتی استاندارد و آلودگی زیست‌محیطی بر اساس شکل‌های (4،6،9،11،) در سه گروه همگن قرار گرفته‌اند. در شاخص ارتقاء شبکه‌های ارتباطی و تعامل فرهنگی براساس شکل (5) روستاها در دو گروه همگن قرار گرفته‌اند که به دلیل ضعف شبکه‌های ارتباطی در روستای مارکده می‌باشد. در شاخص حفظ پوشش گیاهی و جلوگیری از تغییرات کاربری اراضی بر اساس شکل(7)هم روستاها در دو گروه همگن قرار دارند که روستای مارکده در بحث تغییرات کاربری اراضی مشکلاتی به همراه داشته است. همچنین از نظر شاخص افزایش کابری اقامتگاهی و سکونتگاهی بر اساس شکل(12) که روستاها در دو گروه همگن و روستای کاهکش در شرایط ضعیف‌تری قرار دارد. در شاخص افزایش سرمایه‌گذاری بر اساس شکل (10)روستاها در دو گروه همگن و روستای مارکده در این زمینه ضعف دارد. در شاخص فعالیت‌های خدماتی و مصرف تولیدات داخلی بر اساس شکل(3) روستاها نیز در دو گروه همگن قرار دارند و روستای ایل‌بیگی در وضعیت ضعیفی قرار دارد. و در نهایت روستاها از نظر شاخص ایجاد اشتغال و درآمد بر اساس شکل(8) در دو گروه همگن قرار دارند که نشان می‌دهد از نظر ایجاد اشتغال و درآمد در یک سطح قرار دارند.

نتیجه‌گیری و ارائه پیشنهادها

مناطق روستایی کشور با مشکلاتی مانند، کمبود امکانات اجتماعی و ضعف زیرساختی که شامل خدمات بهداشتی، آموزشی حمل‌ونقل و سوخت روبه‌رو می‌باشند که یکی از مهم‌ترین آن‌ها، ضعف پایه‌های اقتصادی از قبیل، نارسایی خدمات تولیدی، بازار، کمبود فرصت‌های درآمد، اشتغال و نظایر آن است؛ بنابراین، ترسیم بخش بزرگی از ایجاد یک آینده موفق، مستلزم غلبه بر موانع فوق با بهره‌گیری از استعدادها و ظرفیت‌های محلی است. 

با توجه به نتایج پژوهش مشخص شد تفاوت معناداری بین مناطق روستایی شهرستان سامان به لحاظ شاخص‌های توسعه خانه‌های بوم گردی که شامل فعالیت‌های خدماتی و فروش تولیدات داخلی، امنیت و تغییر سبک زندگی، ارتقاء شبکه‌های ارتباطی و تعامل فرهنگی، ارائه خدمات و امکانات زیر بنایی، حفظ پوشش گیاهی و تغییر کاربری اراضی، ایجاد اشتغال و درآمد، ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی و ارائه خدمات با استانداردهای بهداشتی، افزایش سرمایه‌گذاری، آلودگی زیست‌محیطی و افزایش کاربری اقامتگاهی و سکونتگاهی وجود دارد. این تفاوت‌ها حاکی از آن است که روستاها در شاخص امنیت و تغییر سبک زندگی، اراده خدمات و امکانات زندگی، ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی و اراده خدمات بهداشتی استاندارد و آلودگی زیست‌محیطی در سه گروه همگن قرارگرفته‌اند. در شاخص ارتقاء، شبکه‌های ارتباطی و تعامل فرهنگی روستاها در دو گروه همگن قرارگرفته‌اند که به دلیل ضعف شبکه‌های ارتباطی در روستای مارکده می‌باشد. در شاخص حفظ پوشش گیاهی. جلوگیری از تغییرات کاربری اراضی هم روستاها در دو گروه همگن قرارگرفته‌اند که به دلیل ضعف شبکه‌های ارتباطی در روستای مارکده می‌باشد در شاخص حفظ گوشش گیاهی و جلوگیری از تغییرات کاربری اراضی هم در روستاها در دو گروه همگن قرار دارند که روستای مارکده در بحث تغییرات کاربری اراضی مشکلاتی به همراه داشته است. همچنین ازنظر شاخص افزایش کاربری اقامتگاهی و سکونتگاهی که روستاها در دو گروه همگن و روستای کاهکش در وضعیت ضعیف‌تری قرار دارد. در شاخص افزایش سرمایه‌گذاری در روستاها در دو گروه همگن و روستای مارکده در این زمینه ضعف دارد. در شاخص فعالیت‌های خدماتی و مصرف تولیدات داخلی روستاها نیز در دو گروه همگن قرار دارد؛ و روستای ایل‌بیگی در وضعیت ضعیفی قرار دارد؛ و درنهایت روستاها ازنظر شاخص اشتغال و درآمد در یک گروه همگن قرار دارند. مهم‌ترین نقاط قوت منطقه، وجود چشم‌اندازهای طبیعی اقلیم و آب‌وهوای مناسب است و مهم‌ترین فرصت‌ها شامل دسترسی آسان به منطقه و قرار گرفتن این شهر در قطب‌های هدف گردشگری کشور است. 

در پژوهش‌های که در راستای هدف توسعه گردشگری و خانه‌های بوم گردی انجام شده‌اند به ابعاد مختلف اکوتوریسم پرداخته شده است اما تحقیق حاضر پتانسیل‌های لازم را در زمینه بوم‌گردی، موانع و مشکلات در راستای برنامه ریزی، برای ایجاد اشتغال و ایجاد درآمد و راههای برون رفت از این وضعیت فعلی که دچار اقتصاد تک‌محصولی و عدم تنوع فعالیت‌های اقتصادی هستند را مورد ارزیابی قرار داده است و از این جهت پژوهش پیش رو جنبه نوآورانه دارد. امید است پژوهش حاضر گامی هرچند کوچک در جهت توسعه پایدار صنعت گردشگری شهرستان سامان باشد
