Presenting a sustainable development government model through good governance with a focus on Iran

Abstract :
Since good governance can facilitate the process of growth and achieving sustainable development for governments and focus on poverty reduction, job creation and sustainable prosperity, environmental protection and economic growth, the present research presents and tests the development government model. It has been stable through good governance focusing on the country of Iran. The research is of applied-developmental type and is in the group of mixed qualitative-quantitative research. First, the components were extracted from the content of interviews and texts using thematic analysis method, and in the second step, in order to validate and test the model, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were performed with the structural equation model. The statistical population in the qualitative part of the research was 14 scientific and executive experts on the subject of governance and using purposive sampling. In the quantitative part of the research, 384 people, a selected sample of employees and governance managers completed the questionnaires. The findings showed that the most important components and indicators of the sustainable development government model were extracted through good governance with a focus on the country of Iran, and the results showed that the relationships between the variables of the extracted model were statistically significant, and the developed model had a degree of appropriateness, validity and fit. It is accepted.
