Abstract :
The present research was conducted with the aim of providing a model of factors affecting the development of rural sports in Razavi Khorasan Province. The current descriptive-analytical research method is applied research in terms of its purpose. The statistical population included the directors and deputy heads of the general sports and youth department of the province, the directors and deputy heads of the sports and youth departments of the provinces, university professors and the heads of the sports boards of the province and cities, which is estimated to be 360 people. 160 people were examined by cluster sampling method. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire, compiled and analyzed, and the quantitative part was presented to the statistical population. To check validity, the approval of sports management experts was used, and to check reliability, Cronbach's alpha test and Gottman's combined reliability coefficient were used, and the results showed good reliability. To analyze the research data, sample t-tests, confirmatory factor analysis, Fornell Locker coefficient, Guttman composite reliability, structural equation model and hierarchical analysis were used. According to the results of the research model, it has a good fit, and among the identified factors, environmental factors are the most important variables, in the continuation of the field of development and obstacles to development, they are in the next ranks, and the extent of rural sports development was assigned the least priority.in the continuation of the field of development and obstacles to development, they are in the next ranks in the next ranks.
