Abstract :
Abstract The increasing importance of the military's physical fitness and its important role in their victory or defeat during war is obvious to everyone. In this regard, the headquarters of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the physical training organization of the armed forces are one of the government organizations that request the organization of the World Military Competition. Therefore, achieving success and hosting this event plays a very important role in the position of countries in all dimensions (political, social, economic, cultural, etc.). This research, which is qualitative and practical in nature, is based on the oral history approach, to provide strategies and how the oral history approach is effective in improving the quality of hosting international military competitions. According to the nature of the research, three experts in the field of oral history were selected for the Sisem competitions. The method of sampling was purposeful and theoretical sampling was used. The results of the research indicate that strategies such as government and management support, public infrastructure, accommodation conditions for players, social and cultural conditions, environmental conditions, transportation conditions and finally safety and security can be mentioned.
